中国石油网消息：4月20日，在长庆油田长实集团陇东固废处置中心生产车间内，一块块质地密实的环保砖摆放整齐。截至目前，这个中心已成功处理钻井岩屑、煤矸石等工业固废1.54万吨，生产环保砖480万块，标志着长庆油田在推进工业固废“变废为宝”、践行黄河流域生态保护、落实国家“双碳”目标进程中迈出了坚实一步。

China Oil News: On April 20th, in the production workshop of Longdong Solid Waste Disposal Center of Changsheng Group of Changqing Oilfield, a large number of dense and solid environmental protection bricks were neatly arranged. Up to now, this center has successfully processed 15,400 tons of industrial solid waste such as drilling rock debris and coal gangue, and produced 4.8 million pieces of environmental protection bricks. This indicates that Changqing Oilfield has taken a solid step in promoting the transformation of industrial solid waste into resources, practicing the ecological protection of the Yellow River Basin, and fulfilling the national "carbon neutrality" goals.

陇东油区是长庆油田核心油气生产基地。油气勘探开发产生的钻井岩屑等工业固废，不仅处置难度大、占用土地资源，而且处置不当还会对周边生态环境造成影响。

The Longdong oil area is the core oil and gas production base of the Changqing Oilfield. The industrial solid waste generated from oil and gas exploration and development, such as drilling cuttings, not only poses significant disposal challenges and consumes a large amount of land resources, but also can have adverse effects on the surrounding ecological environment if improperly disposed of.

长期以来，长庆油田高度重视黄河流域生态环境保护，持续深化污染防治攻坚，加快“无废油田”建设步伐。2025年11月，陇东固废处置中心落地建成。该中心以工业固废资源化利用为抓手，深耕环保砖生产领域，探索出一条工业固废无害化、资源化、高值化利用的新路径。

For a long time, Changqing Oilfield has attached great importance to the ecological environment protection in the Yellow River Basin, continuously deepened the efforts in pollution prevention and control, and accelerated the pace of building an "zero-waste oilfield". In November 2025, the Longdong Solid Waste Disposal Center was completed and put into operation. This center takes the resource utilization of industrial solid waste as the starting point, deeply explores the field of environmental protection bricks production, and has pioneered a new path for the harmless, resourceful and high-value utilization of industrial solid waste.

“我们生产的环保砖主要原料为钻井岩屑、煤矸石，采用国内先进的移动式旋转隧道窑工艺，全流程执行破碎、筛分、搅拌、成型、烧结等标准化工序，实现了固废从产生到利用的全生命周期闭环管控。”中心工艺技术负责人王振飞介绍道。

"The environmentally friendly bricks we produce mainly use drilling rock debris and coal gangue as raw materials. We adopt the advanced mobile rotary tunnel kiln technology from China. The entire process follows standard industrial procedures such as crushing, screening, mixing, molding and sintering, achieving a full life-cycle closed-loop management of solid waste from generation to utilization." Wang Zhenfei, the technical director of the center, explained.

该中心生产的成品环保砖密度大、强度高，各项指标均符合国家建筑材料标准；相较于传统黏土砖，环保砖固废掺加比例高，从源头减少了黏土资源开采，实现了生态效益与经济效益的有机统一。

The finished products produced by this center are environmentally friendly bricks with high density and strength. All the indicators meet the national building materials standards. Compared with traditional clay bricks, the proportion of solid waste added in the environmental-friendly bricks is higher, which reduces the extraction of clay resources from the source and achieves the organic unity of ecological and economic benefits.

“我们采用内燃法生产技术，依托煤矸石的自身热值进行烧制，配合高效保温设施，比传统窑炉节约能耗40%以上，生产环节碳排放大幅降低。”王振飞补充道。

"We adopt the internal combustion production technology, using the inherent calorific value of coal gangue for firing. Combined with efficient insulation facilities, this method saves over 40% of energy compared to traditional kilns, and significantly reduces carbon emissions in the production process," Wang Zhenfei added.

根据生产规划，该中心预计年可处理工业固废30万吨、生产环保砖1亿块、碳减排10万吨，将逐步形成“吞进工业固废、吐出环保建材”的绿色低碳循环生产模式。

According to the production plan, this center is expected to handle 300,000 tons of industrial solid waste annually, produce 100 million pieces of environmentally friendly bricks, and achieve a carbon reduction of 100,000 tons. It will gradually form a green and low-carbon circular production model of "consuming industrial solid waste and emitting environmentally friendly building materials".

目前，该中心生产的环保砖已直接应用于油田井场道路、场站围墙等基础设施建设，实现固废就地转化、就地利用。

At present, the environmentally friendly bricks produced by this center have been directly applied to the infrastructure construction of oilfield well sites, station walls, etc., achieving on-site conversion and utilization of solid waste.
