中国石油网消息：4月23日，在第26个世界知识产权日到来前夕，中国石油亮出知识产权工作成绩单。中国石油专利申请量持续增长，2024年有效专利近3.8万件、专利申请量超过1.1万件，越来越多的创新成果从实验室走向生产现场，知识产权正在成为驱动企业发展的强劲动能。

China Oil News: On April 23rd, on the eve of the 26th World Intellectual Property Day, China Petroleum presented its performance report on intellectual property work. The number of patent applications by China Petroleum has continued to increase. In 2024, there were nearly 38,000 valid patents and the number of patent applications exceeded 11,000. More and more innovative achievements have moved from the laboratory to the production site. Intellectual property is becoming a powerful driving force for the development of enterprises.

“十四五”以来，中国石油逐步建立起“集中产权、统一管理、分级负责”的管理体制，并将知识产权分为核心、重要、普通三类进行管理；印发了首个知识产权发展规划，部署六大方面重点任务和18项预期指标，并连续两年召开工作推进会推动落实；同时修订管理办法，编印评价办法，新一代知识产权管理系统全面上线，通过国家知识产权贯标认证的企业已增至21家。

Since the 14th Five-Year Plan period, China National Petroleum Corporation has gradually established a management system characterized by "centralized property rights, unified management, and tiered responsibility," categorizing intellectual property into three types—core, important, and ordinary—for management purposes. It issued its first intellectual property development plan, outlining six key task areas and 18 expected targets, and held two consecutive work advancement meetings to promote implementation. Additionally, it revised management regulations, compiled eva luation guidelines, and fully launched a new generation of intellectual property management systems. The number of enterprises certified for national intellectual property standards has now increased to 21.

在转化运用方面，中国石油落实国家专利转化运用专项行动，开展高校和科研机构存量专利盘活对接工作，编制国家油气产业知识产权运营中心建设方案，研究制定知识产权运营和成果转化体系建设方案，推动创新成果转化为现实生产力。

In terms of implementation, China National Petroleum Corporation has carried out the national action plan for patent transformation and application. It has initiated the work of revitalizing and connecting existing patents from universities and research institutions, formulated the construction plan for the national oil and gas industry intellectual property operation center, studied and formulated the construction plan for the system of intellectual property operation and transformation, and promoted the transformation of innovative achievements into actual productive forces.

塔里木油田在“深地”领域开展高价值专利培育，规划专利315件，组建专利群组8个，175兆帕特高压井口装备实现核心技术自主可控，成果入选2026年度中关村论坛重大成果。

The Tarim Oilfield has been cultivating high-value patents in the "deep underground" field, planning 315 patents, forming 8 patent groups, and achieving independent control of core technologies for 175 megapascal ultra-high pressure wellhead equipment. The achievements were selected as major outcomes of the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum.

吉林油田CCUS技术累计申报国家专利30多项，建成国内首个全产业链、全流程CCUS-EOR示范项目。昆仑工程、广西石化等单位联合攻关的中国石油重大科技专项“大型柴油吸附制芳烃原料及芳烃下游利用技术开发与应用”成果形成百万吨级柴油分质利用、第三代百万吨级PTA成套等四大系列技术；“十四五”期间，工程材料研究院成果转化率年均增长29%，联合渤海装备研发的V150钢级钻杆成为深地塔科1井的钻探利器。

Jilin Oilfield has cumulatively applied for over 30 national patents for its CCUS technology and has built the first domestic full-chain and full-process CCUS-EOR demonstration project. The joint research efforts of Kunlun Engineering, Guangxi Petrochemical and other units on the major scientific and technological project of China National Petroleum Corporation, "Development and Application of Large-scale Diesel Adsorption for Aromatics Production and Downstream Utilization Technology", have resulted in four major series of technologies including the utilization of diesel in hundreds of thousands of tons, the third-generation hundred-million-ton PTA complete set technology, etc.; During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the Research Institute of Engineering Materials has achieved an average annual growth rate of 29% in the conversion rate of research results, and the V150 steel grade drill pipe jointly developed with Bohai Equipment has become a powerful drilling tool for the deep well Taikang 1 well.

此外，一批高价值专利已在油气勘探开发、新能源等领域实现转化应用，取得显著经济效益。

In addition, a number of high-value patents have been successfully transformed and applied in fields such as oil and gas exploration and development, as well as new energy, achieving significant economic benefits.

人才队伍建设同步推进。中国石油建立了知识产权专员制度，分类分批次开展培训。截至目前，取得国家专利代理师资格证书的人员增至550人，知识产权专员达到335人。在知识产权保护方面，中国石油强化技术秘密保护，完善风险防控机制，实施知识产权分类管理，并强化工作监督检查，确保各项保护制度有效落地。

The construction of the talent team has been carried out simultaneously. China National Petroleum Corporation has established a system for intellectual property specialists and has conducted training in a categorized and phased manner. As of now, the number of personnel holding the national patent agent qualification certificate has increased to 550, and the number of intellectual property specialists has reached 335. In terms of intellectual property protection, China National Petroleum Corporation has strengthened the protection of technical secrets, improved the risk prevention mechanism, implemented classified management of intellectual property, and strengthened supervision and inspection of work to ensure the effective implementation of all protection systems.
