4月29日,由中国大唐在山东郓城建设的世界首台630℃国家电力示范项目1号机组,顺利实现首次并网一次成功,正式向电网送出“第一度电”,标志着该机组已具备对外供电能力,为后续开展168小时满负荷试运行、实现正式投产发电奠定了坚实基础。

On April 29th, the world's first 630°C national power demonstration project, constructed by China Datang in Yeoncheng, Shandong Province, successfully achieved its first grid connection attempt and successfully sent out the "first kilowatt-hour" to the power grid. This marks that the unit has acquired the capability to supply power externally, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent 168-hour full-load trial operation and the official commissioning and power generation.


为确保1号机组按期并网,大唐山东公司高度重视、全程现场督导;大唐郓城公司周密部署、精心组织,科学编制整套启动方案及各项专项试验方案,细化落实安全与技术保障措施,严格开展试运技术交底,高质量完成整套启动点火一次成功、汽轮机冲转一次成功,以及发变组短路试验、空载试验、励磁系统试验、假同期试验等关键工作,为机组顺利并网奠定了坚实条件。

To ensure that Unit 1 is connected to the grid on schedule, Datang Shandong Company attached great importance to the matter and conducted on-site supervision throughout the process; Datang Yucheng Company made meticulous plans and carried out careful organization. They scientifically formulated a complete set of startup plans and various special test plans, detailedly implemented safety and technical guarantee measures, strictly conducted technical briefings for trial operation, and successfully completed the entire set of startup ignition once, the turbine's start-up once, as well as key tasks such as short-circuit tests of the generator-transformer group, no-load tests, excitation system tests, and pseudo-synchronization tests. This laid a solid foundation for the smooth grid connection of the unit.


接到电网调度指令后,公司严格执行重大操作到岗到位制度,运行人员精心监盘、精细操作,严守操作票规范流程,各环节协同联动、无缝衔接,顺利实现机组一次并网成功。并网后,机组各项性能参数指标正常、运行平稳,充分验证了机组整体性能与系统可靠性。后续,机组将按计划开展系列调试试验,进一步校验机组性能,确保全面满足商业运行要求。

After receiving the power grid dispatching instructions, the company strictly implemented the on-site presence system for major operations. The operation personnel carefully monitored and operated, strictly adhering to the operation ticket procedures. All links cooperated and connected seamlessly, successfully achieving the first grid connection of the unit. After grid connection, the performance parameters of the unit were normal and the operation was stable, fully verifying the overall performance of the unit and the reliability of the system. Subsequently, the unit will carry out a series of debugging tests according to the plan to further verify the performance of the unit and ensure that it fully meets the requirements for commercial operation.


世界首台大唐郓城630℃超超临界二次再热国家电力示范项目,以“汽轮机入口再热蒸汽温度达630℃、机组发电热效率突破50%”为核心示范点,采用国产自主研发的马氏体耐热钢G115、奥氏体钢C5,带功率平衡的发电机双机回热系统,烟气余热深度利用等关键技术,彻底打破了我国高温高压部件材料长期依赖进口的被动局面,不仅推动形成了从材料研发、装备制造到工程应用的完整自主产业体系,更实现了核心技术自主可控与装备制造迭代升级的双重突破,为后续更高等级超超临界发电技术的研发与应用,奠定了坚实的工程实践基础。

The world's first Datang Yuncheng 630℃ ultra-supercritical secondary reheating national power demonstration project, with the core demonstration point being "the reheat steam temperature at the turbine inlet reaching 630℃ and the power generation thermal efficiency of the unit exceeding 50%", adopts domestic independently developed martensitic heat-resistant steel G115, austenitic steel C5, a double-generator back-pressure system with power balance, and deep utilization of flue gas waste heat, etc. As key technologies, it completely broke the passive situation where China's high-temperature and high-pressure component materials have long relied on imports. It not only promoted the formation of a complete independent industrial system from material research and development, equipment manufacturing to engineering application, but also achieved the dual breakthroughs of core technology self-control and equipment manufacturing iteration upgrade, laying a solid engineering practice foundation for the subsequent research and application of higher-level ultra-supercritical power generation technologies.


项目投产后,与常规百万机组相比,每年可节约标煤20.8万吨,减少二氧化碳排放54万吨,不仅实现了高效发电与清洁环保的深度融合,也为我国能源结构转型和“双碳”目标达成提供了有力支撑与示范。

After the project is put into operation, compared with conventional million-kilowatt power plants, it can save 208,000 tons of standard coal annually and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 540,000 tons. This not only achieves a deep integration of efficient power generation and clean environmental protection, but also provides strong support and demonstration for the transformation of China's energy structure and the achievement of the "dual carbon" goals.
