中国石油网消息：6月9日，从大庆炼化获悉，该公司牵头编制的《聚丙烯酰胺第3部分：通用产品要求》（GB/T 12005.3—2026）、参与编制的《聚丙烯酰胺第2部分：性能测定》（GB/T 12005.2—2026）2项国家标准正式获批发布，将于12月1日起实施。

China Petroleum News: On June 9th, reporters from Daqing Refining and Chemical Company learned that the company was the lead organizer of the "Polyacrylamide Part 3: General Product Requirements" (GB/T 12005.3—2026) and the co-organizer of the "Polyacrylamide Part 2: Performance Testing" (GB/T 12005.2—2026) of the two national standards. These two standards have been officially approved for release and will come into effect on December 1st.

为解决旧标准条款零散、检测技术滞后、主流品类无规范约束等行业痛点，大庆炼化主动牵头行业标准编制工作，联合30余家行业单位历经2年调研论证、试验优化及行业意见征集，顺利完成国标编制修订。

To address the industry's pain points such as scattered old standards, lagging detection technology, and the absence of standardized constraints for mainstream categories, Daqing Refining and Chemicals took the initiative to lead the formulation of industry standards. Working with over 30 industry-related entities, they conducted two years of research and argumentation, trial optimization, and solicitation of industry opinions, successfully completing the revision of the national standards.

2项新版国标相辅相成，搭建起产业全链条标准化体系。其中，《聚丙烯酰胺第3部分：通用产品要求》补齐了阳离子、两性离子产品标准空白，细化质量分级与关键指标，完善检验、储运全流程规范；《聚丙烯酰胺第2部分：性能测定》通过创新的电位滴定检测方法，解决了行业检测数据经常出现偏差的难题，实现全行业检测标准统一、数据互通可比。

The two new national standards complement each other, establishing a complete industrial chain standardization system. Among them, "Polyacrylamide Part 3: General Product Requirements" fills the gap in the standards for cationic and amphoteric ion products, detailing quality classification and key indicators, and improving the entire process of inspection, storage, and transportation regulations; "Polyacrylamide Part 2: Performance Measurement" solves the problem of frequent deviations in industry testing data through innovative potentiometric titration detection methods, achieving unified testing standards across the entire industry and enabling data exchange and comparability.
