中国石油网消息:6月4日获悉,锦州石化研究院自主研发的两项稀土顺丁橡胶制备关键技术,顺利通过集团公司审核认定,被正式纳入企业技术秘密管理体系。这是公司继高稳定性均相钕催化剂、液体橡胶制备技术获得国家专利授权后,在碳四深加工与高端新材料领域取得的又一标志性技术成果。

China Petroleum News: On June 4th, it was learned that two key technologies for the production of rare earth styrene-butadiene rubber independently developed by Jinzhou Petrochemical Research Institute have successfully passed the review and recognition by the group company and have been officially incorporated into the enterprise's technical secrecy management system. This is another landmark technological achievement of the company in the field of carbon four deep processing and high-end new materials, following the acquisition of national patent authorization for high-stability homogeneous neodymium catalyst and liquid rubber production technology.


此次获批的两项核心技术,均基于成熟工业化稀土催化体系优化创新,精准直击行业痛点,适配高端用材需求。高活性高定向性官能化稀土催化剂制备技术,有效攻克了稀土顺丁橡胶与辅料结合性差这一行业难题,产品性能对标国际头部高端产品,填补了国内高端改性橡胶技术领域的空白。

The two core technologies approved this time are both based on the optimization and innovation of the mature industrial rare earth catalytic system. They precisely address the industry pain points and meet the demands of high-end materials. The preparation technology of highly active and highly directional functionalized rare earth catalysts effectively solved the industry problem of poor compatibility between rare earth butadiene rubber and auxiliary materials.
