5月30日，中石油江苏LNG项目三期配套码头工程栈桥箱梁架设全部完成，标志着项目核心栈桥通道全线贯通。该栈桥总长2800米、共计架设236榀箱梁，是国内首个单泊位双服务LNG码头的关键枢纽通道，此次贯通为项目10月底投产奠定坚实基础，将进一步补强长三角LNG储运调峰保障能力。

On May 30th, the construction of the bridge girder for the third phase of the supporting wharf project of the Jiangsu LNG project was completed. This marks the full completion of the core bridge passage of the project. The total length of this bridge is 2,800 meters and a total of 236 bridge girders were erected. It is the key passage of the first single-pier dual-service LNG wharf in China. This completion lays a solid foundation for the project to be put into operation by the end of October and will further strengthen the LNG storage, transportation and peak regulation capacity in the Yangtze River Delta region.

5月30日下午，中石油江苏LNG项目三期配套码头工程栈桥最后一跨箱梁吊装就位，标志着栈桥上部结构施工全面完成、全线顺利贯通。该项目由中石油江苏液化天然气有限公司与协鑫汇东液化天然气如东有限公司联合投资建设，规划新建可停靠8-26.6万方LNG运输船的专用码头及配套设施，计划今年10月底前具备投产条件，投用后年LNG周转能力达650万吨。作为国内首个单泊位同步服务两座LNG接收站的码头，该工程将同时赋能中石油、协鑫汇东两大江苏LNG能源枢纽，区域能源保供格局进一步完善。

The floating bridge serves as the core transportation route connecting the dock berths with the station's tank area. It is a key control project for LNG unloading and transfer. The currently completed floating bridge is 2,800 meters in length, with a total of 236 box girders successfully erected. The overall construction period lasted for nearly 8 months. The construction area is spacious, without obstructions, and the weather and sea conditions are complex. Extreme weather occurs frequently, and the effective operation window period is short. The construction difficulty and safety risks are relatively high. To ensure the high-quality and efficient progress of the project, the construction unit, in collaboration with the general contractor and the construction team, specifically formulated special construction plans and emergency response plans. They continuously monitored the sea conditions and meteorological dynamics, coordinated the allocation of construction resources, optimized the construction procedures, and relied on two rounds of "hundred-day breakthrough" special actions to seize the favorable operation windows, efficiently completed the entire process of box girder prefabrication and erection, successfully achieved the full-line connection of the floating bridge, and reserved sufficient time for subsequent bridge surface process equipment installation and system debugging, thus laying a solid foundation for subsequent key processes.

栈桥作为衔接码头泊位与站内罐区的核心运输通道，是LNG接卸、转运的关键控制性工程。本次贯通的栈桥全长2800米，累计完成236榀箱梁架设，整体施工周期近8个月。项目施工海域开阔、无遮挡、天气海况复杂，极端天气频发、有效作业窗口期短，施工难度与安全风险较高。为保障工程高质量、高效率推进，项目建设单位联合总包及施工团队，针对性制定专项施工方案与应急保障预案，实时监测海况气象动态，统筹调配施工资源、优化施工工序，依托两轮“百日攻坚”专项行动，抢抓有利作业窗口，高效完成箱梁预制、架设全流程施工，顺利实现栈桥全线贯通，为后续桥面工艺设备安装、系统调试等关键工序预留充足工期。

据悉，该码头配套服务的两大LNG接收站产能扩容态势显现。其中，中石油江苏LNG接收站为长三角地区负荷率、调峰能力核心的能源枢纽，其四期扩建工程同步推进，20万立方米储罐底部承台浇筑工程已完成过半，扩建投运后，接收站综合接卸、存储、气化能力将突破1000万吨/年。协鑫汇东LNG接收站两座20万立方米储罐及配套设施已全部完工，待码头工程投产运营后，年接卸能力可达350万吨。

It is reported that the production capacity expansion of the two LNG receiving stations supporting this port has become evident. Among them, the Jiangsu LNG receiving station of China National Petroleum Corporation is a core energy hub in the Yangtze River Delta region, with its fourth-phase expansion project being carried out simultaneously. The bottom foundation piers of the 200,000 cubic meter storage tanks have been completed by more than half. After the expansion and commissioning, the receiving station's comprehensive receiving, storage and gasification capacity will exceed 10 million tons per year. The two 200,000 cubic meter storage tanks and supporting facilities of Xiegan Huidong LNG receiving station have been fully completed. After the port project is put into operation, the annual receiving capacity can reach 3.5 million tons.

此次栈桥全线贯通，是江苏LNG三期配套码头工程建设的重要里程碑，彻底打通了码头接卸与站内储运的核心通道。项目全面投产后，将有效整合区域LNG能源资源，大幅提升长三角地区天然气储备、调峰及保供能力，优化华东地区清洁能源供应结构，为区域能源安全稳定供应、绿色低碳转型提供重要硬件支撑。

The completion of the entire pier this time marks an important milestone in the construction of the third-phase supporting wharf project of Jiangsu LNG. It has completely opened up the core channel for the loading and unloading of the wharf and the storage and transportation within the station. After the project is fully operational, it will effectively integrate the regional LNG energy resources, significantly enhance the natural gas reserve, peak regulation and supply guarantee capabilities in the Yangtze River Delta region, optimize the clean energy supply structure in East China, and provide important hardware support for the stable and secure energy supply and the green and low-carbon transformation of the region.
