中国石油网消息:6月15日,川庆钻探70346队使用我国首台值守型智能钻机承钻的威217H9-6井,顺利完成钻井施工,正有序推进完井作业。此次钻井施工的收官,标志着这台智能钻机的首次工业性试验圆满完成,填补了我国值守型智能钻机实战应用领域的技术空白,为钻井行业智能化转型升级奠定了坚实的基础。

China Oil News: On June 15th, the 70346 team of Chuanqing Drilling used China's first on-duty intelligent drilling rig to drill the Weih217H9-6 well. The drilling operation was successfully completed and the finalization of the well completion work is currently underway. The conclusion of this drilling operation marks the successful completion of the first industrial trial of this intelligent drilling rig, filling the technical gap in the practical application of on-duty intelligent drilling rigs in China, and laying a solid foundation for the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the drilling industry.


这台智能钻机由川庆钻探联合宝石机械协同攻关,创新研制。70346队作为川庆钻探智能钻机首支试点队伍,全程负责这台智能钻机的现场试验与实操攻坚任务。该钻机以“少人现场值守、设备自主运行”为核心特征,搭载ZJ70DB智能钻机系统及全套自动化配套设备,依托一键起下钻、智能划眼等作业场景,革新传统钻井作业模式,有效降低现场劳动强度。

This intelligent drilling rig was jointly developed by Chuanqing Drilling and Gemstone Machinery through collaborative research. Team 70346, as the first pilot team of Chuanqing Drilling's intelligent drilling rig, was fully responsible for the on-site testing and practical operation challenges of this intelligent drilling rig. This drilling rig features "few personnel on-site supervision and equipment autonomous operation" as its core characteristics. It is equipped with the ZJ70DB intelligent drilling rig system and a complete set of automated supporting equipment. Relying on operations such as one-button drilling and intelligent reaming, it innovates the traditional drilling operation mode and effectively reduces the on-site labor intensity.


这台值守型智能钻机在威东区块的复杂地层环境下展现出优异性能,累计智能钻进近934小时,总进尺超7633米,智能钻进使用率高达96%,机械钻速提升20%。面对该区域地层易垮塌、井眼轨迹难控制的特殊工况,钻机通过精准控制扭矩和参数、自动修复井眼轨迹,成功规避卡钻风险。同时,钻机完成13次一键关井操作,覆盖四类作业工况,实现秒级安全预警与智能应急关井。

This on-duty intelligent drilling rig has demonstrated outstanding performance in the complex geological environment of the Weidong block. It has completed over 934 hours of intelligent drilling, with a total drilling length exceeding 7,633 meters. The intelligent drilling utilization rate has reached 96%, and the mechanical drilling speed has increased by 20%. In the face of the special working conditions in this area, where the geological strata are prone to collapse and the wellbore trajectory is difficult to control, the drilling rig successfully avoided the risk of stuck drill by precisely controlling torque and parameters and automatically repairing the wellbore trajectory. At the same time, the drilling rig completed 13 one-click shutdown operations, covering four types of operation conditions, and achieved second-level safety warning and intelligent emergency well shut-off in an instant.


为保障智能钻机落地见效,川庆钻探组建专项工作专班,累计开展百余次技术研讨,攻克127项技术难题,梳理形成24条标准化管理举措,健全了智能钻井作业管控体系。

To ensure the successful implementation of the intelligent drilling rigs, Cangjing Drilling has established a special working team. They have conducted over 100 technical discussions, overcome 127 technical challenges, and formulated 24 standardized management measures. This has also improved the control system for intelligent drilling operations.
