中国石油网消息：5月29日，晨曦初露，随着现场总指挥一声“开阀”指令，操作员缓慢旋转阀门，来自天然气销售江苏公司（简称江苏公司）高压管道的天然气，涌入蓝海新材料基地燃料气系统。至此，位于通州湾示范区的蓝海新材料基地正式通气。

China Oil News: On May 29th, as the dawn began to break, with the on-site commander giving the command "Open the valve", the operator slowly rotated the valve. Natural gas from the high-pressure pipeline of the Natural Gas Sales Jiangsu Company (referred to as Jiangsu Company) flowed into the fuel gas system of the Blue Sea New Materials Base. Thus, the Blue Sea New Materials Base located in the Tongzhou Xian Demonstration Zone officially started supplying gas.

江苏公司投资建设的通州湾临港产业园燃气管道，是保障项目用气的关键基础设施，管道全长约5.8公里。为保质保量实现项目按期投产通气，江苏公司超前谋划部署、主动靠前对接，多次现场走访对接用气需求，统筹工程、财务、营销、规划、生产、安全、企管等部门组建工作专班，开辟审批绿色通道，限时办结各类审批手续，为项目顺利投产通气筑牢坚实保障。

The gas pipeline constructed by Jiangsu Company for the Port Area Industrial Park in Tongzhou Bay is a crucial infrastructure for ensuring the gas supply for the project. The pipeline is approximately 5.8 kilometers in length. To ensure the project can be put into operation and supply gas on schedule, Jiangsu Company made advanced planning and deployment, proactively reached out for coordination, visited the site multiple times to communicate the gas demand, coordinated efforts among departments including engineering, finance, marketing, planning, production, safety, and enterprise management to form a working team, opened a green channel for approval procedures, and completed all approval procedures within the stipulated time, thus laying a solid foundation for the smooth commissioning and gas supply of the project.

蓝海新材料基地是中国石油在亚洲投资体量最大的单体项目，也是落实国家新兴产业和未来产业战略的重点工程。项目投产后，预计年产逾百万吨聚乙烯、聚烯烃弹性体等高端化工产品，并牵引规划55个产业链项目，有望在通州湾形成千亿级绿色石化新材料产业集群。

The Blue Sea New Materials Base is the largest single investment project by China National Petroleum Corporation in Asia, and it is also a key project for implementing the country's emerging industries and future industries strategies. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to produce over one million tons of high-end chemical products such as polyethylene and polyolefin elastomers annually, and it will also drive the planning of 55 industrial chain projects. It is expected to form a 100-billion-yuan green petrochemical new materials industrial cluster in Tongzhou Bay.

江苏公司此时实现稳定供气，为基地后续装置调试和全面投产送去了清洁、可靠的能源动力。

At this point, the Jiangsu company has achieved stable gas supply, providing clean and reliable energy power for the subsequent equipment debugging and full-scale production of the base.

“该项目的顺利通气，对我们保障国家能源安全、拓展地方经济产业链具有双重意义。”江苏公司主要负责人表示。以此次通气为契机，江苏公司在长三角区域的市场开拓同步打开崭新局面。

"The smooth commissioning of this project holds dual significance for us in terms of safeguarding national energy security and expanding the local economic industrial chain," said the main person in charge of Jiangsu Company. Taking this commissioning as an opportunity, Jiangsu Company has simultaneously opened up a new chapter in market expansion in the Yangtze River Delta region.

为满足蓝海新材料基地及周边日益增长的用能需求，公司正积极推进二期高压供气管道工程前期工作，未来将接入中俄东线国家主干管网，形成双通道气源保障，大幅提升供气的安全性与可靠性。

To meet the increasing energy demands of the Blue Sea New Materials Base and its surrounding areas, the company is actively advancing the preliminary work for the second-phase high-pressure gas supply pipeline project. In the future, it will be connected to the national main pipeline of the China-Russia Eastern Line, forming a dual-channel gas source guarantee, significantly enhancing the safety and reliability of gas supply.

与此同时，江苏公司积极与区域内管道燃气特许经营企业开展合资合作，通过整合市场扩大供气规模，有效降低基地管输成本，并成功突破原有市场格局——从单一服务重大项目的“点对点”供气，迈向覆盖通州湾高端装备临港产业园、南通新材料高新产业园等多个园区的“点对面”区域化运营，实现了从管道运输到城市燃气终端市场的业务延伸。

Meanwhile, the Jiangsu company actively carried out joint ventures and cooperation with local pipeline gas concessionaire enterprises. By integrating the market, it expanded the supply scale, effectively reduced the pipeline transportation costs at the base, and successfully broke through the original market pattern - from the "point-to-point" gas supply service for major projects to the "point-to-area" regional operation covering multiple parks such as the Lingang Industrial Park for High-End Equipment and the Nantong New Materials High-tech Industrial Park, achieving the business extension from pipeline transportation to the urban gas terminal market.
