中国石油网消息：6月8日，从中国石油润滑油公司获悉，其自主研发的“昆仑kuc22醚酯型空气压缩机油”，近日在云南石化英格索兰离心压缩机完成8000小时使用验证，标志着英格索兰离心压缩机关键润滑油产品实现国产化替代。

China Oil News: On June 8th, it was learned from China Petroleum Lubricants Company that its independently developed "Kunlun Kuc22 ether ester type air compressor oil" has recently completed 8,000-hour usage verification in the Ingersoll Rand centrifugal compressor at Yunnan Petrochemical, marking the realization of domestic substitution for key lubricants for Ingersoll Rand centrifugal compressors.

近5年，中国石油润滑油公司生产的昆仑润滑系列产品，攻克四大类46种关键添加剂核心技术，累计替代40余个进口品种，不断填补国内相关领域空白。

Over the past five years, the Kunlun lubrication products produced by China Petroleum Lubricants Company have successfully developed 46 key additive technologies in four major categories. They have cumulatively replaced over 40 imported varieties and continuously filled the gaps in related domestic fields.

围绕国家重大战略需求，昆仑润滑产品接连取得关键性突破。聚焦能源安全大局，自主研发的高端汽轮机油应用于成渝地区能源保供核心标杆工程——重庆渝北中广核天然气发电项目，成功配套国内最大单轴燃气J级机组，打破我国高端重型燃机长期依赖进口润滑油产品局面。昆仑碳氢气体合成压缩机油成功应用于西南油气田相国寺储气库，有效支撑川渝及京津冀地区的冬季天然气调峰保供，为国家能源基础设施润滑领域的国产化替代写下重要一笔。在轨道交通领域，昆仑KRS75W-90城轨齿轮箱油应用在济南地铁列车，实现城轨齿轮箱油自主技术国产化替代。

In response to the country's major strategic needs, Kunlun lubricants have achieved successive key breakthroughs. Focusing on the overall situation of energy security, the high-end turbine oil independently developed by Kunlun has been applied to the core benchmark project for energy supply in the Chengdu-Chongqing region - the Chongqing Yubei China Guangnong Nuclear Gas Power Generation Project. It successfully supports the largest single-axis gas J-class unit in China and breaks the long-standing situation where China relied on imported lubricant products for high-end heavy-duty gas turbines. Kunlun hydrocarbon gas synthesis compression oil has been successfully applied to the Xiangguosi Storage and Gas Gathering Station of the Southwest Oil and Gas Field, effectively supporting the winter gas peak regulation and supply in the regions of Sichuan, Chongqing and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, and writing an important entry for the domestic substitution in the lubrication field of national energy infrastructure. In the rail transit sector, Kunlun KRS75W-90 urban rail gearbox oil is applied to the Shijiazhuang subway trains, achieving the domestic technological substitution for urban rail gearbox oil.

In the face of emerging industry sectors, Kunlun Lubricants has actively expanded its application scope. It successfully won the bid for the oil supply project for the power generation equipment of DJI Innovation's unmanned aerial vehicles, achieving domestic substitution in key links in the rapidly emerging low-altitude economy field, and helping DJI save about 10% of oil costs annually. Facing the domestic industrial robot market with over 2 million units in stock, the innovative Kunlun cycloidal bevel gear lubricant was successfully applied on the production line robots of Ganjiang Hailin Zhongke Company. Computing power is the core productive force in the digital economy era. Kunlun Lubricants provided nearly 600 tons of Kunlun coolant for the on-site construction of the second phase of the National Supercomputing Shenzhen Center for the first time. China's independent liquid cooling technology has officially entered the core track of national supercomputing centers.

New energy vehicles have become the dominant force in China's automotive market. In April this year, the domestic retail penetration rate of new energy vehicles exceeded 60%. Kunlun Lubricants has continuously broken through key core technologies: Its long-life commercial electric drive axle oil successfully broke the long-term monopoly of foreign brands in the light electric drive axle oil market for electric commercial vehicles, and has been applied to the Geely Remote E51 model, helping customers reduce fuel costs by 17%; its charging gun coolant also successfully passed the bench test verification, achieving complete independent control over the source of base oil, and once again breaking the monopoly of foreign brands in the domestic market.

在推进产品国产化替代的同时，昆仑润滑积极在产业升级中掌握更多主动权，牵头制定D1柴油机油标准体系，成为全球首个基于中国复杂工况定制的自主润滑油标准，做到“中国标准中国造”。

While promoting the domestic production and substitution of products, Kunlun Lubrication has actively taken more initiative in the process of industrial upgrading. It led the formulation of the D1 diesel engine oil standard system and became the first global standard for domestic lubricants customized based on China's complex working conditions, achieving "Chinese standards made in China".
