中国石油网消息:6月5日,川庆钻探长庆井下技术作业公司正式投用国内首套连续管全生命周期管理系统。该系统由中国石油工程技术研究院江汉机械研究所与长庆井下技术作业公司联合研发,标志着我国连续管实现从入厂到报废的全流程数字化管控。

China Oil News: On June 5th, Chuanqing Drilling Changqing Downhole Technology Operation Company officially put into use the country's first continuous pipe full life cycle management system. This system was jointly developed by the Jianghan Machinery Research Institute of China Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute and Chuanqing Downhole Technology Operation Company, marking the realization of digitalized full-process control of continuous pipes from entry into the factory to their disposal.


连续管是井下作业关键管材,制造成本高且服役环境复杂,长期承受交变应力与腐蚀考验。以往核查管材运行历史和工况数据,只能靠翻台账、人工问询,不仅效率低下,数据准确性也没有保障。

Continuous tubing is a key pipe material for underground operations. It has a high manufacturing cost and operates in a complex environment, enduring alternating stress and corrosion over a long period. In the past, to check the operation history and condition data of the pipe materials, one could only rely on reviewing ledgers and conducting manual inquiries. This method was not only inefficient but also lacked data accuracy guarantees.


为此,研发团队历时2年攻关,构建了集“数字档案+疲劳预测+智能预警+维修决策”于一体的全生命周期管理系统。该系统为每一根连续管建立了专属“电子身份证”,可实时测算管材疲劳累积量,一旦损伤接近阈值便自动预警,将安全管理从“被动处置”转变为“主动预防”。

To achieve this, the R&D team spent two years working on it and developed a full lifecycle management system that integrates "digital archives + fatigue prediction + intelligent warning + maintenance decision-making". This system has established an exclusive "electronic ID" for each continuous pipe, which can calculate the cumulative fatigue of the pipe material in real time. Once the damage approaches the threshold, it will automatically issue a warning, transforming safety management from "passive handling" to "active prevention".
