从三峡集团获悉,4日14时18分,在广东阳江海域,历经近7个小时的奋战,世界规模最大海上换流站——“海风之心”在“祥泰口”半潜式运输船的托举下,与导管架精准对接完成,标志着世界最大海上换流站顺利完成安装。

It was learned from the Three Gorges Group that at 14:18 on the 4th, in the waters off Yangjiang, Guangdong Province, after nearly 7 hours of hard work, the world's largest offshore converter station - "Heart of the Wind" - was precisely docked with the substructure under the support of the semi-submersible transport vessel "Xiangtai Kou", marking the successful installation of the world's largest offshore converter station.


完成安装的“海风之心”由上部组块和下部基础两部分组成。上部组块为一座7层钢结构建筑,长85.5米、宽82.5米、高44米,总重约2.5万吨;下部的导管架长82米、宽57米、高69米,基础设置8根主管,用于连接支撑上部组块,对应8套桩腿耦合装置和8组插尖,总重约1.7万吨。

The "Heart of the Sea Wind" that has been installed consists of two parts: the upper structure and the lower foundation. The upper structure is a 7-story steel structure building, measuring 85.5 meters in length, 82.5 meters in width, and 44 meters in height, with a total weight of approximately 25,000 tons. The lower structure, the pipe rack, is 82 meters in length, 57 meters in width, and 69 meters in height, and is equipped with 8 main pipes for connecting the upper structure, corresponding to 8 sets of leg coupling devices and 8 groups of spudgers, with a total weight of approximately 17,000 tons.


由于“海风之心”重量远超国内船机吊装能力极限,项目团队采用先进的“浮托安装”工艺。与传统吊装方式不同,浮托工艺主要利用潮汐自然力和船舶动力定位系统,将上部组块缓慢“倒车入库”,每侧距离导管架基础的间隙仅有150毫米。在此过程中,通过橡胶护舷和桩腿耦合装置减缓上部组块与导管架基础间的碰撞,完成插尖和桩腿间的精准对接。

Due to the extremely heavy weight of "Heart of the Sea Wind", the project team adopted the advanced "floating lifting installation" technology. Different from the traditional lifting methods, the floating lifting process mainly utilizes the natural force of tides and the ship's dynamic positioning system to slowly "reverse and park" the upper components. The gap between each side and the foundation of the pipe rack is only 150 millimeters. During this process, the rubber protective sheaths and the coupling device between the pile legs are used to reduce the collision between the upper components and the foundation of the pipe rack, and to achieve precise connection between the spuds and the pile legs.


与近海传统升压站相比,此次施工海域离岸超70公里,无近岸依托,面临风浪大、流速强、盐雾腐蚀重、台风频发等多重考验。为寻找精准的浮托安装窗口期,确保风浪海流等环境数据均在浮托安装设计值内,项目团队根据多个定点气象预报的相互验证与测试,最终将浮托安装时间定于6月4日上午7时许。

Compared with the traditional offshore booster stations, the construction area of this project is over 70 kilometers offshore, without any nearby support. It faces multiple challenges such as strong winds, high currents, severe salt fog corrosion, and frequent typhoons. To find the precise window period for the floating installation, and to ensure that all environmental data, such as wind and sea current conditions, are within the design values of the floating installation, the project team, based on the mutual verification and testing of multiple fixed-point weather forecasts, finally determined the floating installation time to be 7 a.m. on June 4th.


据了解,项目团队通过精确的压载调整,控制船舶吃水,并依靠船舶动力系统定位维持姿态与位置,使上部组块成功进入预先固定在海床的导管架基础槽口中,最终顺利完成安装。此次浮托安装技术的成功应用,确保了万吨级钢结构在深远海复杂环境下的安全运输与精准安装,为后续海上风电场全容量并网奠定了坚实基础。

It is known that the project team precisely adjusted the ballast to control the draft of the vessel, and relied on the vessel's power system to maintain its posture and position, enabling the upper components to successfully enter the pre-fixed pipe rack foundation slots on the seabed. Eventually, the installation was successfully completed. The successful application of this floating lifting installation technology ensured the safe transportation and precise installation of the tens-of-thousands-ton steel structure in the complex environment of the deep sea, laying a solid foundation for the full-grid connection of the subsequent offshore wind farm.


随着“海风之心”的就位,三峡阳江青洲五、七期海上风电项目迈出关键一步。作为世界上电压等级最高、输送容量最大的海上风电柔性直流送出工程,项目全面投运后,每年将为粤港澳大湾区输送清洁电能约60亿千瓦时,相当于减少二氧化碳排放近500万吨。

With the completion of "Sea Wind Heart", the third, fifth and seventh phases of the Yangjiang Qingzhou Offshore Wind Power Project in the Three Gorges area have taken a crucial step forward. As the world's highest-voltage and largest-capacity offshore wind power flexible DC transmission project, after full operation, the project will supply approximately 6 billion kilowatt-hours of clean electricity to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area each year, equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by nearly 5 million tons.
