中国石油网消息:4月1日,吉林石化自主研发的新配方调和船用燃料油,经权威机构检测,各项指标均合格,以技术创新突破了企业提质增效的瓶颈。 China Petroleum News: On April 1st, the new formula blended marine fuel oil independently developed by Jilin Petrochemical was tested by authoritative institutions, and all indicators met the standards. Through technological innovation, the enterprise broke through the bottleneck of improving quality and increasing efficiency. 长期以来,受原油混油高硫特性制约,吉林石化的传统船用燃料油调和模式高度依赖高成本精制柴油,不仅生产成本居高不下,更因组分单一、资源利用效率偏低,严重制约油品结构优化与升级进程。 For a long time, due to the high sulfur content of crude oil mixtures, the traditional blending mode of marine fuel oil at Jilin Petrochemical was highly dependent on expensive refined diesel. This not only led to high production costs but also severely hindered the process of optimizing and upgrading the oil product structure due to the single composition and low resource utilization efficiency. 为攻克新配方研发难关,技术人员系统梳理各类中间物料特性指标,结合生产实际科学选取调和“骨架”,通过多轮组合试验搭建起全方位、多维度调和测试矩阵,为配方优化奠定基础;恪守“数据精准、指标可控”原则,全程跟踪产品馏程、硫含量、黏度等关键参数,先后完成4组全维度调和试验、2次基础油参数优化,历经多次测算与配比调试,最终敲定调和方案。 To overcome the difficulties in developing the new formula, the technicians systematically analyzed the characteristics and indicators of various intermediate materials, scientifically selected the "framework" for blending based on actual production conditions, and through multiple rounds of combined experiments, established a comprehensive and multi-dimensional blending test matrix, laying the foundation for formula optimization. Adhering to the principle of "accurate data and controllable indicators", they continuously tracked key parameters such as product distillation range, sulfur content, and viscosity throughout the process. They completed 4 sets of full-dimensional blending experiments and 2 optimizations of base oil parameters. After multiple calculations and ratio adjustments, they finally determined the blending plan. 新配方投用后,将实现经济效益、资源利用、发展质量同步提升。在经济效益上,每吨产品成本直降近千元,直接拓展企业利润空间;在资源利用上,充分盘活低硫原油资源,最大化挖掘原料利用价值;在发展质量上,释放大量高成本精制柴油资源,进一步优化产品结构,为实现效益最大化奠定基础。 After the new formula is put into use, it will achieve simultaneous improvement in economic benefits, resource utilization and development quality. In terms of economic benefits, the cost per ton of products has dropped by nearly 1,000 yuan, directly expanding the profit space of the enterprise. In terms of resource utilization, the low-sulfur crude oil resources have been fully revitalized, and the utilization value of raw materials has been maximized. In terms of development quality, a large amount of high-cost refined diesel resources have been released, further optimizing the product structure, laying the foundation for achieving maximum benefits. |
