中国石油网消息:4月8日,吉林石化—吉林油田二氧化碳长输管道工程现场,站场、阀室、管线等施工作业正紧张有序推进。目前,工程总量已完成超过一半,焊接里程突破250公里,为全线按期投产运营奠定了坚实基础。

China Oil News: On April 8th, at the construction site of the carbon dioxide long-distance pipeline project between Jilin Petrochemical and Jilin Oilfield, construction work at stations, valve rooms, and pipelines is proceeding intensively and smoothly. Currently, more than half of the project has been completed, and the welding mileage has exceeded 250 kilometers, laying a solid foundation for the full-line operation and commissioning on schedule.


此项工程是国内首条输送距离最长、管径最粗、压力最高、规模最大的超临界/密相二氧化碳输送管道工程。

This project is the first of its kind in China, featuring the longest transportation distance, the largest pipe diameter, the highest pressure, and the largest scale for the transportation of supercritical/mass-phase carbon dioxide.


管道设计总长近400公里,分两期建设。正在建设的一期工程管线全长282.26公里,年输送能力达330万吨,是中国石油落实国家“双碳”战略、深入推进清洁能源转型的重要实践。

The total length of the pipeline design is nearly 400 kilometers, and it is being constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project, which is currently under construction, has a total length of 282.26 kilometers and an annual transportation capacity of 3.3 million tons. This is an important practice for China National Petroleum Corporation to implement the country's "dual carbon" strategy and further promote the transformation of clean energy.


项目预计2026年投产运行,建成后将成为吉林省各碳排放与利用企业的主干碳网,促进吉林地区企业绿色低碳转型,并进一步推动我国CCUS产业发展。

The project is expected to commence operation in 2026. Once completed, it will become the main carbon network for all carbon emission and utilization enterprises in Jilin Province, facilitating the green and low-carbon transformation of enterprises in the region and further promoting the development of CCUS industries in China.


自2025年6月开工以来,吉林油田CCUS建设项目经理部面对东北地区有效施工期短、地形复杂、技术要求高等多重挑战,科学组织,精心调度。

Since the project started in June 2025, the CCUS construction project management department of Jilin Oilfield has faced multiple challenges such as the short effective construction period in the northeastern region, complex terrain and high technical requirements. They have organized scientifically and coordinated meticulously.


全线广泛采用自动化焊接工艺,配备了国内领先的焊接机组和无损检测设备,焊口检测合格率持续保持在96%以上。

The entire line extensively adopts automated welding technology. It is equipped with the most advanced welding units and non-destructive testing equipment in China. The qualification rate of weld inspections has consistently remained above 96%.


在管道建设过程中,传统组合自动焊工艺的路径依赖难以满足大规模、高质量管道建设需求,项目在实践中对全氩自动焊工艺进行了深入验证。

During the pipeline construction process, the path dependence of the traditional combined automatic welding technology was unable to meet the requirements for large-scale and high-quality pipeline construction. Therefore, in practice, the full argon automatic welding technology was deeply verified.


今年3月,管道连头施工中规模化应用全氩自动焊工艺取得圆满成功,这也是该工艺在国内同类管道连头施工中的首次规模化落地实践。通过大规模实践应用,全氩自动焊工艺展现出设备运行稳定、作业精准高效、焊缝成形均匀美观等优势。

In March this year, the large-scale application of the all-argon automatic welding process in pipeline joint construction achieved complete success. This was also the first large-scale practical implementation of this process in similar pipeline joint construction projects in China. Through extensive practical application, the all-argon automatic welding process demonstrated advantages such as stable equipment operation, precise and efficient operations, and uniform and aesthetically pleasing weld formation.


经专业检测,焊接连头各项指标均达到优良标准,焊接合格率较传统工艺大幅提升。这一技术突破是管道施工领域技术创新的重要里程碑,形成了一套可复制、可推广、可落地的标准化施工体系,为后续同类项目建设提供了成熟的技术支撑与实践经验。

After professional testing, all the indicators of the welding joint met the excellent standards, and the welding qualification rate was significantly higher than that of the traditional process. This technological breakthrough is an important milestone in the field of pipeline construction's technological innovation, forming a standardized construction system that is replicable, promotable, and feasible, providing mature technical support and practical experience for subsequent similar project construction.


在质量安全管控方面,吉林油田CCUS建设项目经理部建立了严密的质量安全环保管理体系,围绕“人、机、料、法、环”五大核心要素,通过严格人员准入与培训、设备精细化管理、材料全过程管控、工艺标准化执行及环境实时监测,全面提升工程建设的质量、安全水平与效率。每一道焊缝都有二维码、焊接日期等信息以便检查,实现了全过程可追溯。

In terms of quality and safety management, the project management department of the CCUS construction project in Jilin Oilfield has established a strict quality, safety and environmental protection management system. Focusing on the five core elements of "people, machines, materials, methods, and environment", through strict personnel admission and training, refined equipment management, full-process control of materials, standardized execution of processes, and real-time environmental monitoring, the project has comprehensively enhanced the quality, safety level and efficiency of the construction. Each weld seam is equipped with QR codes and welding dates for inspection, achieving full-process traceability.


项目建成后,将采用先进的超临界/密相二氧化碳输送工艺,有效连接吉林石化碳捕集源与吉林油田驱油需求,形成完整的CCUS产业链条,实现二氧化碳减排与油田增产增效双重目标。

After the project is completed, it will adopt the advanced supercritical/mass-phase carbon dioxide transportation technology, effectively connecting the carbon capture source of Jilin Petrochemical with the oil displacement demand of Jilin Oilfield, forming a complete CCUS industrial chain, and achieving the dual goals of carbon dioxide emission reduction and oilfield production increase and efficiency improvement.
