中国石油网消息：4月23日记者获悉，今年一季度，吉林石化公司精准施策、多点攻坚，累计提质增效3亿元，实现节能降耗能力与产品质量效益同步提升。

China Petroleum News: On April 23rd, a reporter learned that in the first quarter of this year, Jilin Petrochemical Company adopted precise strategies and made efforts in multiple areas, achieving a total cost reduction and efficiency improvement of 300 million yuan. At the same time, the company also saw a simultaneous improvement in energy conservation and consumption reduction capabilities as well as product quality benefits.

年初以来，吉林石化聚焦节水、节电、节汽、节氮、节约燃料成本5项攻关，推动节能降耗工作走深走实。在节水方面，蜡油加氢装置实施分馏塔顶含油污水回收并用作反应系统注水改造，硫黄回收装置完成净化水线跨线改造，一季度，公司累计节水56万吨。在节电方面，公司根据气温变化优化机泵、风机运行参数，精准调控电力负荷，累计节电1100万千瓦时。

Since the beginning of the year, Jilin Petrochemical has focused on five key areas of research and development: water conservation, electricity conservation, steam conservation, nitrogen conservation, and fuel cost reduction. These efforts have been aimed at deepening and solidifying the work of energy conservation and consumption reduction. In terms of water conservation, the wax oil hydrogenation unit implemented the recovery of oil-containing wastewater from the top of the fractionation tower and used it as makeup water for the reaction system. The sulfur recovery unit completed the cross-line transformation of the purification water line. In the first quarter, the company saved a total of 560,000 tons of water. In terms of electricity conservation, the company optimized the operating parameters of pumps and fans based on temperature changes and precisely controlled the power load. A total of 110 million kilowatt-hours of electricity were saved.

此外，通过蒸汽管网并线运行降线损、乏汽与凝液回收等措施，节汽24万吨；通过调整氮封压力、停用粉料仓反吹氮气等举措，节氮76万立方米；通过掺烧陈煤、使用低价高硫原煤、优化锅炉运行等措施，节约燃料成本2742万元。

In addition, through measures such as parallel operation of steam pipelines to reduce line losses, recovery of waste steam and condensate, etc., 240,000 tons of steam were saved; by adjusting the nitrogen seal pressure, stopping the use of nitrogen for reverse blowing in the powder silos, and other measures, 760,000 cubic meters of nitrogen were saved; through measures such as blending with old coal, using low-price high-sulfur raw coal, and optimizing boiler operation, fuel costs were saved by 27.42 million yuan.

吉林石化立足现有装置，优化工艺流程，将苯酚丙酮装置中间产物过氧化氢异丙苯（CHP）转化为商品级助剂。2月10日，首批浓度超80%的CHP在ABS装置一次试用成功。CHP单位成本比外采降低8500元/吨。

Jilin Petrochemical Company, based on its existing facilities, optimized the process flow and transformed the intermediate product hydrogen isopropylbenzene (CHP) from the phenol-pyridine unit into a commercial-grade additive. On February 10th, the first batch of CHP with a concentration exceeding 80% was successfully tested in the ABS unit for the first time. The unit cost of CHP was 8,500 yuan lower per ton compared to that obtained from external purchase.

“你公司产品，完全能够满足我们生产高质量产品的需求。”3月23日，一位下游客户对吉林石化苯酚产品质量给予高度评价。去年吉林石化35万吨/年苯酚丙酮装置顺利投运，初期产品中二甲基苯并呋喃（2-MBF）含量为50毫克/千克，虽然满足行业国标优等品的限值要求，但距离下游客户“不超过15毫克/千克”的目标需求仍有差距。

"The products of your company can fully meet our requirements for producing high-quality products." On March 23rd, an downstream customer highly praised the quality of benzene-pyridine products from Jilin Petrochemical. Last year, the 350,000-ton/year benzene-pyridine plant of Jilin Petrochemical was successfully put into operation. In the initial products, the content of 2-methylbenzofuran (2-MBF) was 50 milligrams per kilogram. Although it met the limit requirements of the industry's national standards for superior grades, there was still a gap from the target requirement of the downstream customers of "no more than 15 milligrams per kilogram".

吉林石化第一时间组建技术攻关团队，通过一系列精细化操作和系统性技术升级，不断提高产品质量控制水平，最终2-MBF含量被稳定控制在5毫克/千克以下，完全满足了下游客户的定制化需求。“产品质量提升后，不仅客户对苯酚产品的需求增加了，产品利润也实现了同步增长。

Jilin Petrochemical promptly established a technical research team. Through a series of meticulous operations and systematic technological upgrades, they continuously improved the quality control level of the products. Eventually, the content of 2-MBF was stabilized at below 5 milligrams per kilogram, fully meeting the customized requirements of downstream customers. "After the improvement in product quality, not only did the demand for phenol products from customers increase, but the profit of the products also achieved synchronous growth."
