6月9日,全球首批次、世界最大27.1万立方米QC-Max型超大型LNG运输船,在中国船舶集团旗下沪东中华造船(集团)有限公司正式开工建造。该项目是我国船舶工业高端化发展的里程碑成果,也是我国迈向世界造船强国的标志性突破,在地缘局势多变、全球经贸环境复杂的背景下,有效提振了国内外LNG全产业链的发展信心。 On June 9th, the world's first and largest 271,000 cubic meter QC-Max type ultra-large LNG carrier, with a capacity of 271,000 cubic meters, officially began construction at Shanghai Wuchang Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd., under the China State Shipbuilding Corporation. This project marks a milestone achievement in the high-end development of China's shipbuilding industry and is a significant breakthrough towards becoming a world-class shipbuilding power. In the context of volatile geopolitical situations and a complex global economic environment, it has effectively boosted the development confidence of the entire LNG industry chain both domestically and internationally. The total length of the ship is 344 meters, equipped with the newly upgraded NO96 Super+ membrane enclosure system, achieving comprehensive iterative upgrades in terms of cargo volume, energy conservation and environmental protection, and navigation safety. Compared with the mainstream 17.4 million cubic meter traditional ship type on the market, its cargo capacity has increased by 57%, the daily evaporation rate of the cargo is controlled at 0.087%, effectively reducing the loss of natural gas storage and transportation. Hudong-Zhonghua has received 36 ship orders, including 24 ultra-large LNG ships with a capacity of 271,000 cubic meters. The total order amount exceeds 56 billion yuan, setting a new global record for the highest single ship order. It has become the largest contractor for this project. 凭借精益建造技术,沪东中华已创下17.4万方LNG船16个月建造、最快试航、最高零漏点多项全球纪录,2025年已优质批量交付11艘大型LNG船。据悉,该系列首船预计2028年交付。此次批量建造将补齐全球LNG运力缺口、稳定清洁能源供应链,彰显我国船舶工业高端化、绿色化硬核实力,为全球能源安全和航运绿色转型提供中国支撑。 With the lean construction technology, Huadong Zhonghua has set several global records including the 16-month construction time for a 174,000 cubic meter LNG vessel, the fastest trial voyage, and the highest zero-leakage rate. By 2025, it has delivered 11 large LNG vessels of high quality in batches. It is known that the first ship of this series is expected to be delivered in 2028. This batch production will fill the global LNG capacity gap, stabilize the clean energy supply chain, demonstrate the core strength of China's shipbuilding industry in terms of high-end and green development, and provide China's support for global energy security and the green transformation of the shipping industry. |
