6月9日，全球首批次、世界最大27.1万立方米QC-Max型超大型LNG运输船，在中国船舶集团旗下沪东中华造船（集团）有限公司正式开工建造。该项目是我国船舶工业高端化发展的里程碑成果，也是我国迈向世界造船强国的标志性突破，在地缘局势多变、全球经贸环境复杂的背景下，有效提振了国内外LNG全产业链的发展信心。

On June 9th, the world's first and largest 271,000 cubic meter QC-Max type ultra-large LNG carrier, with a capacity of 271,000 cubic meters, officially began construction at Shanghai Wuchang Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd., under the China State Shipbuilding Corporation. This project marks a milestone achievement in the high-end development of China's shipbuilding industry and is a significant breakthrough towards becoming a world-class shipbuilding power. In the context of volatile geopolitical situations and a complex global economic environment, it has effectively boosted the development confidence of the entire LNG industry chain both domestically and internationally.

LNG船被誉为造船工业“皇冠上的明珠”，研发制造技术门槛极高、产业链配套难度大。此次开工的27.1万立方米QC-Max型LNG船综合性能居行业顶尖，船舶总长344米，搭载全新升级的NO96 Super+薄膜围护系统，实现载货容积、节能环保、航行安全等性能全方位迭代升级。相较市面主流17.4万立方米传统船型，其载货量提升57%，货物日蒸发率控制在0.087%，有效降低天然气储运损耗。依托双燃料动力系统与流线船型优化设计，该船能耗、碳排放指标显著优化，全面达标国际海事组织Tier Ⅲ最高环保规范，可适配全球绝大多数LNG码头与远洋航线。

The LNG carrier is hailed as the "crown jewel" of the shipbuilding industry. The research and manufacturing technology for it has extremely high requirements and the industrial chain integration is very challenging. The 27.1 million cubic meter QC-Max type LNG carrier that started construction this time has the top performance in the industry. The total length of the ship is 344 meters, equipped with the newly upgraded NO96 Super+ membrane enclosure system, achieving comprehensive iterative upgrades in terms of cargo volume, energy conservation and environmental protection, and navigation safety. Compared with the mainstream 17.4 million cubic meter traditional ship type on the market, its cargo capacity has increased by 57%, the daily evaporation rate of the cargo is controlled at 0.087%, effectively reducing the loss of natural gas storage and transportation. Relying on the dual-fuel power system and the optimized design of the streamlined ship shape, the energy consumption and carbon emission indicators of this ship have been significantly improved, fully meeting the highest environmental protection standards of the International Maritime Organization Tier III, and can be adapted to the vast majority of LNG terminals and ocean routes worldwide.

深耕LNG船舶研制二十余年，沪东中华完成了从技术引进、自主攻坚到全球领跑的跨越，跻身全球LNG造船第一梯队。目前企业手握近60艘LNG船待建订单，舱容统计总量位居全球首位，生产排期已至2030年后，产品覆盖全品类LNG运输船。随着产能持续释放，我国全球LNG船市场占有率突破30%，彻底打破国外长期垄断格局，夯实了产业链自主化根基。

After more than two decades of in-depth research and development of LNG vessels, Huadong Zhonghua has achieved a leap from technology introduction to independent breakthrough and global leadership. It has entered the first echelon of global LNG shipbuilding. Currently, the enterprise has nearly 60 LNG ship construction orders in hand, with the total volume of storage capacity ranking first in the world. The production schedule has extended to after 2030, and the products cover all categories of LNG transport ships. With the continuous release of production capacity, China's global market share for LNG ships has exceeded 30%, completely breaking the long-term monopoly by foreign countries and consolidating the foundation for the autonomy of the industrial chain.

该船型隶属于卡塔尔百亿级百船LNG项目，沪东中华揽获36艘船舶订单，含24艘27.1万立方米超大型LNG船，单笔订单金额超560亿元，创下全球单笔船舶订单最高纪录，成为该项目最大承建商。

This ship type belongs to the Qatar's 100-billion-dollar 100-ship LNG project. Hudong-Zhonghua has received 36 ship orders, including 24 ultra-large LNG ships with a capacity of 271,000 cubic meters. The total order amount exceeds 56 billion yuan, setting a new global record for the highest single ship order. It has become the largest contractor for this project.

凭借精益建造技术，沪东中华已创下17.4万方LNG船16个月建造、最快试航、最高零漏点多项全球纪录，2025年已优质批量交付11艘大型LNG船。据悉，该系列首船预计2028年交付。此次批量建造将补齐全球LNG运力缺口、稳定清洁能源供应链，彰显我国船舶工业高端化、绿色化硬核实力，为全球能源安全和航运绿色转型提供中国支撑。

With the lean construction technology, Huadong Zhonghua has set several global records including the 16-month construction time for a 174,000 cubic meter LNG vessel, the fastest trial voyage, and the highest zero-leakage rate. By 2025, it has delivered 11 large LNG vessels of high quality in batches. It is known that the first ship of this series is expected to be delivered in 2028. This batch production will fill the global LNG capacity gap, stabilize the clean energy supply chain, demonstrate the core strength of China's shipbuilding industry in terms of high-end and green development, and provide China's support for global energy security and the green transformation of the shipping industry.
