The gas lifting operation is a key, high-risk and highly precise core process in the construction of LNG storage tanks, directly affecting the construction quality and progress of the main structure of the tanks. The successful completion of the gas lifting operations for the three large storage tanks in the second phase of the Hainan LNG project has overcome the key nodes of the main construction of the project, laying a solid foundation for the orderly progress of subsequent professional construction.


5月28日,海南LNG接收站二期工程再迎重要施工节点。当日8时48分,项目5号储罐拱顶精准就位、平稳抵达抗压环指定位置,至此,项目3号、4号、5号共3座22万方大型LNG储罐气顶升作业全部圆满完成。

On May 28th, the second phase of the Hainan LNG receiving station project witnessed another significant construction milestone. At 8:48 am on that day, the roof of the 5th storage tank was precisely positioned and smoothly reached the designated position of the pressure resistance ring. Thus, the lifting operations of the 3 large 220,000-cubic-meter LNG storage tanks (3rd, 4th, and 5th) were all successfully completed.


本次气顶升作业的全部顺利落地,标志着海南LNG二期项目储罐主体结构核心施工工序取得突破性阶段性成果,顺利打通了储罐施工关键环节,为后续内罐组装、保冷施工、设备配套及整体工程提速推进奠定了坚实的施工基础,从而保障了项目建设进度与施工质量双可控。

The complete success of this gas lift operation marks a breakthrough achievement in the core construction process of the main structure of the storage tanks for the second phase of the Hainan LNG project. It has successfully completed the key links of the tank construction, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent assembly of the inner tanks, insulation construction, equipment integration, and overall project acceleration. This ensures that the project's construction progress and quality can be controlled simultaneously.


下一步,项目团队将持续严控施工安全与工艺标准,有序推进后续分项工程施工,全力提速项目建设,力争早日实现工程竣工投用,助力区域清洁能源保供能力升级。
