中国石油网消息：6月16日，大庆石化新建的5万吨/年1-己烯/1-辛烯联产装置及配套工程实现中交，正式由施工建设阶段转入试车投产筹备阶段。

China Petroleum News: On June 16th, the newly-built 50,000-ton/year 1-hexene/1-octene co-production facility and its supporting projects at Daqing Petrochemical Company were completed and handed over for inspection. This marks the transition from the construction phase to the preparation stage for trial operation and production.

作为中央企业战略性新兴产业“百大工程”之一、中国石油首套拥有完整自主知识产权的1-辛烯生产装置，该项目是大庆石化贯彻落实集团公司“加快转型升级和结构调整优化”战略部署、构建“炼化生精材”产业格局的标志性工程。

As one of the "100 Major Projects" for strategic emerging industries of central enterprises, and the first production facility with complete independent intellectual property rights for 1-octene in China National Petroleum Corporation, this project is a landmark project for Daqing Petrochemical Company in implementing the strategic deployment of the group company "accelerating transformation and upgrading and optimizing structural adjustment", and building the "refining, chemical, raw materials" industrial pattern.

项目采用石油化工研究院自主研发的成套工艺技术，开创了关键设备全部国产化的先河。装置可生产聚合级1-己烯、1-辛烯等α-烯烃产品，这些产品既是高端聚烯烃的共聚单体，又可作为增塑剂、表面活性剂、润滑剂、环氧化合物和橡胶加工化学品的原料，兼顾民生保障与新兴产业发展需求，市场前景十分广阔。

The project adopts a complete set of process technology independently developed by the Petrochemical Research Institute. This marks the first time that all key equipment has been made domestically. The facility can produce α-olefin products such as polymer-grade 1-hexene and 1-octene. These products are not only the copolymer monomers for high-end polyolefins, but also can be used as raw materials for plasticizers, surfactants, lubricants, epoxides and rubber processing chemicals. It meets the demands of both people's livelihood security and the development of emerging industries, and has a very broad market prospect.

长期以来，国内α-烯烃领域受国外技术壁垒高、引进成本昂贵等因素制约，高端产品长期依赖进口，制约着国内聚烯烃产业链供应链的安全稳定。为破解“卡脖子”难题，大庆石化协同石油化工研究院、大庆石化工程有限公司等单位开展技术研发与工程建设，持续推进技术迭代与产业升级，走出了一条自主研发、迭代升级、规模放大的特色创新之路。

For a long time, the domestic α-olefin industry has been constrained by high technical barriers from abroad and high import costs. High-end products have long relied on imports, which has hindered the safety and stability of the domestic polyolefin industrial chain and supply chain. To solve the "strangling" problem, Daqing Petrochemical has collaborated with the Petroleum Chemical Research Institute, Daqing Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd., and other units to carry out technological research and engineering construction. It has continuously promoted technological iteration and industrial upgrading, and has embarked on a distinctive innovative path of independent research and development, iterative upgrading, and scale expansion.

项目于2025年7月11日开工建设，总工期11个月，建设用时明显短于行业同类工程。项目投用后，将进一步补齐国内高端α-烯烃产能短板，巩固中国石油在该领域的技术与产业优势，推动大庆石化精细化工产业提质增效。

The project started construction on July 11, 2025. The total construction period is 11 months, which is significantly shorter than that of similar projects in the industry. After the project is put into use, it will further fill the domestic gap in the production capacity of high-end α-olefins, consolidate China National Petroleum Corporation's technological and industrial advantages in this field, and promote the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of Daqing Petrochemical's fine chemical industry.
