中国石油网消息：4月17日，复兴气田四期项目在土库曼斯坦马雷州开工。

China Oil News: On April 17th, the fourth phase project of the Shengfu Gas Field was officially launched in the Malye District of Turkmenistan.

开工现场洋溢着喜庆的气氛，道路两侧中土两国国旗高高飘扬，身着传统民族服装的民众手挥旗帜，热烈欢呼，欢快起舞。中国石油集团董事长戴厚良应邀出席开工仪式。

The construction site was filled with a festive atmosphere. The flags of China and the United States were flying high on both sides of the road. People dressed in traditional ethnic costumes waved their flags, cheered loudly and danced joyfully. Dai Houliang, the chairman of China National Petroleum Corporation, was invited to attend the opening ceremony.

自中土两国签署天然气合作总协议以来，中国石油与土方伙伴一道，认真贯彻落实两国领导人达成的重要共识，严格履行项目合同，充分发挥各自资源、市场和技术优势，在勘探开发、管道运输、工程服务、技术协同等领域开展了天然气全产业链合作，打造了阿姆河右岸气田、中国—中亚天然气管道等一批标志性重大能源合作项目，推动中土能源合作实现了从无到有、从小到大的跨越式发展，为两国能源事业和经济社会发展注入了强劲动能。

Since the signing of the comprehensive gas cooperation agreement between China and Turkmenistan, China National Petroleum Corporation and its Turkmen partners have earnestly implemented the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, strictly fulfilled the project contracts, and fully leveraged their respective resources, markets and technological advantages. They have carried out all-round gas cooperation in the fields of exploration and development, pipeline transportation, engineering services and technical collaboration, and have jointly built a number of landmark major energy cooperation projects such as the Amu Darya Right Bank Gas Field and the China-Central Asia Gas Pipeline. This has promoted the跨越式 development of China-Turkmenistan energy cooperation from nothing to something， and from small to large， injecting strong impetus into the energy sectors and economic and social development of both countries.

复兴气田四期项目是中国石油积极践行共建“一带一路”倡议，主动对接“复兴丝绸之路”战略，进一步扩大在土库曼斯坦天然气合作规模、提升贸易水平的又一项重要成果。

The fourth phase project of the Ruixing Gas Field is another significant achievement for China National Petroleum Corporation in actively implementing the "Belt and Road Initiative", proactively aligning with the "Rejuvenated Silk Road" strategy, and further expanding the scale of natural gas cooperation and enhancing trade levels in Turkmenistan.

展望未来，中国石油将坚决贯彻落实两国领导人达成的重要共识，坚持高标准、严要求、上水平、创一流的理念，把复兴气田四期项目打造成技术领先、管理一流、环境友好、合作共赢的示范工程。
