中国石油网消息：5月24日，吐哈油田生产报表显示，原油日产再次站上4000吨，达到4086吨，这是自2023年11月以来首次重上4000吨，展现出良好的发展态势。

China Oil News: On May 24th, the production report of Tuha Oilfield showed that the daily output of crude oil once again reached 4,000 tons, reaching 4,086 tons. This is the first time since November 2023 that it has returned to over 4,000 tons, demonstrating a favorable development trend.

今年年初以来，吐哈油田系统重构“12343”战略体系，以非常规思路打好准东致密油快速上产、三塘湖页岩油高效开发、吐哈盆地二次创业“三大战役”。整合优势力量、统筹资源要素、多专业协同攻关，着力构建高效管理模式与非常规技术系列，全力推动原油提产上量。

Since the beginning of this year, the Tuha Oilfield has systematically restructured the "12343" strategic framework, and has launched three major campaigns with unconventional approaches: rapidly increasing production of tight oil in Jizong, efficient development of shale oil in Santanghu, and the second entrepreneurship of the Tuha Basin. By integrating superior forces, coordinating resource elements, and conducting multi-disciplinary collaborative research, they have been striving to establish an efficient management model and a series of unconventional technologies, and are fully committed to increasing crude oil production and output.

作为吐哈油田上产主战场，准东新区通过组建“3C”融合型指挥部，推行勘探开发一体化统筹，原油日产从年初的1550吨快速攀升到1820吨。依托“大平台丛式井”“工厂化”钻井模式与自主研发的气举工艺技术，油田大力开展采油工艺优化，日增油240吨以上。

As the main production area of Tuha Oilfield, the Jundong New District has established a "3C" integrated command center and implemented integrated planning for exploration and development. The daily output of crude oil has rapidly increased from 1,550 tons at the beginning of the year to 1,820 tons. Relying on the "large platform cluster well" and "factory-style" drilling mode, as well as the independently developed gas lift technology, the oilfield has vigorously carried out optimization of oil production processes, increasing daily oil output by more than 240 tons.

针对二叠系芦草沟组页岩油亿吨级的丰富资源储量，吐哈油田深入开展“三性”研究和“五史耦合”研究，重新认识三塘湖、重新评价三塘湖。立足整体突破，加强新井论证部署和老井复试工作，通过建立大规模二氧化碳补能“人工油藏”，二氧化碳吞吐、水平井提产等提高采收率试验初步见效，进一步拓宽了页岩油效益开发路径。

Based on the abundant resources and reserves of shale oil in the Lucaogou Formation of the Permian System, the Turpan Oilfield has carried out in-depth research on "three characteristics" and "five history coupling" studies, re-eva luating San Tang Lake and re-understanding it. Focusing on overall breakthroughs, strengthening the argumentation and deployment of new wells and the re-testing of old wells, through the establishment of large-scale carbon dioxide replenishment "artificial oil reservoirs", carbon dioxide injection and production, and horizontal well production enhancement tests, the initial effects have been achieved, further broadening the path for the efficient development of shale oil.

同时，吐哈油田深入开展整体研究和基础研究，挖掘资源潜力。坚持“精细研究、分层施策、水气协同、靶向动用”总体思路，践行“五重”技术路线，推进井网重构、细分注水等措施，玉果、神泉等区域产量实现硬稳定。

Meanwhile, the Tuha Oilfield has carried out in-depth overall and basic research to tap the potential of the resources. Adhering to the overall concept of "precise research, stratified implementation, water and gas coordination, and targeted production", and following the "five-level" technical route, it has promoted measures such as well network reconfiguration and detailed water injection, resulting in stable production in areas like Yugu and Shenquan.

加强地震资料重新采集与研究，做好胜北致密气勘探开发一体化工作。鲁克沁、吐鲁番、鄯善等采油管理区主动作为，成功将吐哈老区月均产量递减率控制在0.4%以内，老区稳产基础愈发牢固。

Strengthen the re-collection and research of seismic data, and carry out integrated exploration and development work for tight gas in Shengbei area. The oil production management areas of Luokeqing, Turpan and Shanshan have taken the initiative and successfully controlled the monthly production decline rate of the Tuhai old area within 0.4%, making the stable production foundation of the old area even more solid.
