中国石油网消息:6月8日,在吉林油田黑79区块二氧化碳注入站,操作人员张春明完成提压操作,注气流量计数值平稳跳动,二氧化碳缓缓注入地下。今年前5个月,吉林油田累计注入二氧化碳15.5万吨。

China Oil News: On June 8th, at the carbon dioxide injection station in the Black 79 block of Jilin Oilfield, operator Zhang Chunming completed the pressure increase operation. The injection flowmeter value remained stable and fluctuated smoothly, and carbon dioxide was slowly injected into the underground. In the first five months of this year, Jilin Oilfield has cumulatively injected 155,000 tons of carbon dioxide.


2025年以来,吉林油田聚力推进能源消费革命,依托亚洲最大的CCUS(碳捕集、利用与封存)国家级示范工程,通过技术创新与管理提效双轮驱动,实现了埋得进、驱得出、效益好的目标。当年二氧化碳累计注入量超44万吨。

Since 2025, Jilin Oilfield has been vigorously promoting the energy consumption revolution. Relying on the largest national-level CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage) demonstration project in Asia, through the dual drive of technological innovation and management efficiency improvement, it has achieved the goals of being able to store, extract and generate good returns. The cumulative injection of carbon dioxide that year exceeded 440,000 tons.


技术创新是吉林油田CCUS项目提质增效的核心支撑。该油田立足技术研发、合作拓展、成果转化三大领域,持续攻克关键核心技术,成功将工业废弃二氧化碳转化为高效绿色驱油剂。截至目前,吉林油田已建成5个二氧化碳驱油与埋存示范区,年注气能力达80万吨。

Technological innovation is the core support for improving the efficiency and quality of the CCUS project in Jilin Oilfield. The oilfield focuses on three areas: technological research and development, cooperation expansion, and technology transformation. It has continuously overcome key core technologies and successfully transformed industrial waste carbon dioxide into an efficient and green oil displacement agent. As of now, Jilin Oilfield has established 5 demonstration areas for carbon dioxide oil displacement and storage, with an annual injection capacity of 800,000 tons.


针对低渗透油藏开采难题,吉林油田创新搭建CCUS-EOR(碳捕集、利用与封存-提高采收率)技术体系,盘活水驱工艺无法开采的原油资源。2025年,该油田二氧化碳驱采收率达21.5%,同比提高0.6个百分点。

To address the challenges in the exploitation of low-permeability oil reservoirs, Jilin Oilfield has innovatively established a CCUS-EOR (Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage - Enhanced Oil Recovery) technology system, revitalizing the crude oil resources that could not be extracted by water drive technology. In 2025, the carbon dioxide drive recovery rate of this oilfield reached 21.5%, an increase of 0.6 percentage points compared to the previous year.


为提高举升作业效率,吉林油田技术团队坚持地质工程一体化模式,创新集成了“气举—助抽—控套”一体化携气举升工艺,合理控制流压。同时,通过构建注采双向调控技术体系,从注入端调控流场、从生产端精准施策,成功破解了行业普遍存在的二氧化碳“气窜”难题。

To enhance the efficiency of lifting operations, the technical team of Jilin Oilfield adhered to the integrated model of geology and engineering, innovatively integrated the "gas lift - auxiliary pumping - control casing" integrated gas lift lifting technology, and reasonably controlled the flow pressure. At the same time, by establishing a two-way regulation technology system for injection and production, they regulated the flow field at the injection end and took precise measures at the production end, successfully solving the common problem of "gas migration" of carbon dioxide in the industry.


在技术赋能的同时,吉林油田多措并举推进管理提效,围绕节能降耗、结构优化、新能源替代等方面精准发力,通过优化气源结构、升级作业技术等举措,经济效益实现稳步向好。积极探索“绿电+碳埋存”绿色发展新模式,推动生产环节清洁替代,加速老油田绿色转型。目前,黑125平台已形成“绿电自发自用、伴生气闭环回注、二氧化碳高效封存”的多能互补模式;黑72平台4、平台5绿电替代率分别达54%、51%,清洁替代成效显著。

While leveraging technology, Jilin Oilfield has taken multiple measures to enhance management efficiency. It has focused precisely on areas such as energy conservation and consumption reduction, structural optimization, and the substitution of new energy sources. Through measures like optimizing the gas source structure and upgrading operation technologies, the economic benefits have steadily improved. It has also actively explored a new green development model of "green electricity + carbon sequestration", promoting clean substitution in production processes and accelerating the green transformation of old oilfields. Currently, the Black 125 platform has established a multi-energy complementary model of "green electricity self-generation and self-consumption, closed-loop injection of associated gas, and efficient carbon sequestration"; the green electricity substitution rates at the Black 72 platform 4 and 5 have reached 54% and 51% respectively, demonstrating significant clean substitution effects.


基础设施建设也取得突破性进展。2025年4月开工的吉林石化—吉林油田二氧化碳管道工程(一期),是目前国内里程、压力、输量均居首位的超临界二氧化碳管道。项目建成投产后,将形成覆盖吉林省区域内的碳源“动脉网络”,以更低成本、更高效率的“埋碳+增油”模式,实现生态效益、经济效益与能源效益的多维共赢。

Infrastructure construction has also made significant progress. The Liaoning Petrochemical - Jilin Oilfield Carbon Dioxide Pipeline Project (Phase I), which started construction in April 2025, is currently the longest, highest-pressure, and largest-capacity supercritical carbon dioxide pipeline in China. Once completed and put into operation, the project will form a "carbon source artery network" covering the entire Jilin Province. It will achieve multi-dimensional win-win results in terms of ecological benefits, economic benefits, and energy benefits through a "carbon sequestration + oil production increase" model with lower costs and higher efficiency.
