中国石油网消息：今年第一季度，长庆油田回收伴生气2.58亿立方米。

China Oil News: In the first quarter of this year, the Changqing Oilfield recovered 258 million cubic meters of associated gas.

长庆油田始终将绿色发展贯穿生产全过程。面对油气开采中伴生的“废气”难题，油田构建了从井口到场站的全过程密闭回收体系，曾经被点燃放空、既污染环境又浪费能源的“火炬气”，经过处理后源源不断地输入主干管网，实现了伴生气从“废气”到“绿能”的蝶变。

The Changqing Oilfield has always integrated green development into the entire production process. In response to the "waste gas" problem associated with oil and gas extraction, the oilfield has established a complete closed-loop recovery system from the wellhead to the station. The "flare gas", which was previously ignited and vented, causing environmental pollution and wasting energy, has been treated and continuously fed into the main pipeline, achieving a transformation from "waste gas" to "green energy".

在试气环节，长庆油田创新应用“除砂—分离—减压—计量”工艺，破解了试采天然气难以回收的难题，让原本可能被点燃的试采天然气得以回收。在开采环节，伴生气通过轻烃处理厂、橇装回收装置等多种设施，被加工为混烃、液化天然气等清洁燃料，或直接用于气田生产发电。

During the gas testing phase, the Changqing Oilfield innovatively applied the "sand removal - separation - depressurization - measurement" process, solving the problem of difficult gas recovery during gas testing and enabling the recovery of the originally potentially flammable gas from the test. In the production phase, the associated gas is processed through various facilities such as light hydrocarbon treatment plants and skid-mounted recovery devices into clean fuels like mixed hydrocarbons and liquefied natural gas, or directly used for power generation in the gas field.

“目前伴生气综合利用率已超过95%，真正做到了‘变废为宝’。”长庆油田气田开发事业部气田集输管理科负责人沙敬德介绍。这一转变带来了显著的环保效益，可减少大量二氧化碳排放，也创造了可观的经济价值。2021年建成姬塬首站伴生气处理站，年处理规模为350万吨原油，原油稳定率100%，年产轻烃1万吨以上。据统计，长庆油田每年通过伴生气回收可生产液烃60余万吨。

"At present, the comprehensive utilization rate of associated gas has exceeded 95%, truly achieving the goal of 'transforming waste into treasure'." Shao Jingde, the head of the Gas Field Gathering and Transportation Management Department of the Gas Field Development Division of Changqing Oilfield, explained. This transformation has brought significant environmental benefits, reducing a large amount of carbon dioxide emissions and generating considerable economic value. In 2021, the first associated gas treatment station in Jiwan was completed, with a processing capacity of 3.5 million tons of crude oil per year, a stable rate of 100% for crude oil, and an annual production of over 10,000 tons of light hydrocarbons. According to statistics, Changqing Oilfield can produce over 600,000 tons of liquid hydrocarbons annually through associated gas recovery.

在广袤的鄂尔多斯盆地，这一抹“绿色”正不断延伸。长庆油田将伴生气利用与新能源发展深度结合，构建“风光气储”多能互补格局。回收的清洁能源与光伏、风电产生的绿电，一同为油气生产设施注入绿色动能，有效降低对传统能源的依赖。

In the vast Ordos Basin, this "green" color is continuously expanding. The Changqing Oilfield has deeply integrated the utilization of associated gas with the development of new energy, forming a multi-energy complementary pattern of "wind, solar, gas and storage". The recovered clean energy, together with the green electricity generated by photovoltaic and wind power, injects green power into the oil and gas production facilities, effectively reducing reliance on traditional energy sources.
