中国石油网消息:4月12日,新疆油田公司风城油田作业区的戈壁井场上,一架搭载“三光”吊舱的无人机沿预设航线进行低空巡航,实时回传高清巡检画面。班组人员根据画面信息精准处置发现的问题,效率大幅提升。

China Oil News: On April 12th, at the Gobi well site of the Fengcheng Oilfield Operation Area of Xinjiang Oilfield Company, a drone equipped with a "three-light" cabin conducted low-altitude circling along the pre-set route and transmitted real-time high-definition inspection footage. The team members precisely dealt with the identified problems based on the information in the footage, significantly improving their efficiency.


风城油田作业区是我国规模最大的整装浅层超稠油生产基地,辖区面积近1100平方公里。区内密布5000余口油水井、1.2万余台生产设备,管汇纵横、管线交织,且核心生产区域紧邻“世界魔鬼城”环境敏感区,面临安全生产管控与绿色低碳生产双重压力。

The Fengcheng Oilfield Operating Area is the largest integrated shallow ultra-heavy oil production base in China, covering an area of nearly 1,100 square kilometers. Within the area, there are over 5,000 oil and water wells and more than 12,000 pieces of production equipment. Pipelines crisscross and pipelines interweave. The core production area is adjacent to the environmentally sensitive area of the "World's Devil City", facing dual pressures of safety production management and green and low-carbon production.


长期以来,传统人工巡检模式受戈壁荒漠极端天气、复杂地貌制约,存在劳动强度大、巡检盲区多、高危区域作业风险高、应急响应滞后等痛点,难以匹配现代化油田“安全、高效、精准、绿色”的发展要求。对此,作业区将无人机智能巡检作为推动生产方式变革、提升安全管控效能、助力绿色低碳发展的重要抓手,率先在风城采油二站、风城SAGD二号采油站部署3座多旋翼无人机机库,构建起“机库值守+自主巡航+智能研判+闭环处置”的全流程巡检体系。

For a long time, the traditional manual inspection mode has been constrained by the extreme weather and complex terrain of the Gobi desert. It has faced problems such as high labor intensity, numerous inspection blind spots, high risks in high-risk areas, and delayed emergency response, making it unable to meet the modern oilfield's requirements for "safety, efficiency, accuracy, and green development". In response to this, the operation area has regarded unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) intelligent inspection as an important means to promote production mode transformation, enhance safety control efficiency, and facilitate green and low-carbon development. It has taken the lead in deploying three multi-rotor UAV hangars at Fengcheng Oil Production Station II and Fengcheng SAGD Station II, and has established a "hangar duty + autonomous cruise + intelligent judgment + closed-loop disposal" full-process inspection system.


据悉,该体系搭载的无人机配备可见光广角、红外热成像及激光测距“三光”吊舱,科学规划了26条常态化巡检航线,可实现882口油井、69处管汇点的全方位、无死角覆盖。

It is reported that the drones equipped with this system are equipped with "three-light" pods including visible light wide-angle, infrared thermal imaging and laser ranging. They have scientifically planned 26 regular inspection routes, enabling all-round and non-restricted coverage of 882 oil wells and 69 manifold points.


依托经纬度提取、OCR视频信息识别、AI模块自动调用等技术,无人机可精准捕捉抽油机井口、减速箱、皮带等18个关键部位,一眼就能揪出“跑、冒、滴、漏”和温度异常等隐患,真正做到早发现、早预警、早处理。巡检时只要发现井口渗油、管线破损等问题,系统会自动上传数据,发出警报,班组人员立刻去现场核查整改,处理完毕后再上传整改照片,形成“发现—上报—处置—反馈”一条龙闭环管理,让巡检工作彻底从“被动处置”变成“主动防控”。

By leveraging technologies such as latitude and longitude extraction, OCR video information recognition, and AI module automatic invocation, the unmanned aerial vehicle can precisely capture 18 key parts including the oil pump well outlet, reducer, and belt. At a glance, it can identify potential hazards such as "leaking, spilling, dripping, and dripping" as well as abnormal temperatures. This enables early detection, early warning, and early handling. During the inspection process, if any problems such as oil leakage at the wellhead or pipeline damage are discovered, the system will automatically upload data and issue an alert. The team members will immediately go to the site to verify and rectify the issues, and then upload the rectification photos to form a "discovery - reporting - handling - feedback" closed-loop management. This completely transforms the inspection work from "passive handling" to "active prevention and control".


如今,这些穿梭在百里油区的无人机,已成为守护地下“能源动脉”的“天空之眼”,油井故障综合识别率稳定在80%以上,有效降低了一线员工劳动强度与作业风险。

Nowadays, these unmanned aircraft operating in the hundreds of miles of oil fields have become the "sky eyes" that safeguard the "energy arteries" underground. The comprehensive identification rate of oil well faults has remained above 80%, effectively reducing the labor intensity and operational risks of frontline employees.


数据见证成效,创新驱动发展。截至目前,作业区无人机已累计飞行849架次,及时发现并处置各类设备隐患864处,大幅提升巡检效能的同时,还有效规避了环境敏感区的污染风险,实现安全生产与绿色发展的双向赋能。

Data demonstrates results, innovation drives development. As of now, the unmanned aerial vehicles in the operation area have conducted a total of 849 flights. They have promptly identified and resolved 864 various equipment hazards, significantly enhancing the inspection efficiency while effectively avoiding pollution risks in environmentally sensitive areas, and achieving a dual empowerment of safe production and green development.


接下来,作业区将结合生产指挥中心“一屏观全域、一网管全局”的智慧管控优势,进一步优化巡检航线、完善智能研判算法,推动无人机巡检与油气生产、安全管控、绿色环保深度融合。

Next, the operation area will leverage the intelligent management advantages of the production command center, which enables "full-view monitoring through a single screen and comprehensive management through a single network", to further optimize the inspection routes, improve the intelligent analysis algorithms, and promote the deep integration of unmanned aerial vehicle inspections with oil and gas production, safety management, and environmental protection.
