中国石油网消息:近日,南方油田年初部署在朝阳CCUS调整区块的首口注气井——朝6-405X井顺利完井。该井克服CCUS注气区块地层压力影响、老井场重复利用、防碰绕障、空间受限等多重难题,实现二开一趟钻安全高效完井,为油田CCUS开发规模化推进、提质增效与绿色高质量发展奠定了坚实基础。 China Oil News: Recently, the first injection well deployed by the Southern Oilfield in the adjustment block of Chaoyang CCUS area - Chaoyang 6-405X well - was successfully completed. This well overcame multiple challenges such as the influence of formation pressure in the CCUS injection block, reuse of the old well site, prevention of collisions and obstructions, and limited space, and achieved safe and efficient completion in just one drilling run. It analyzes data from adjacent wells, predicts formation pressure and risks, formulates "one-well-one-plan" construction plans, and simultaneously optimizes the shutdown and control measures for surrounding injection wells. During the construction process, strict and refined closed-loop management is implemented, the "dual supervision" on-site upgrade mechanism is adopted, dynamic monitoring during drilling is strengthened, and comprehensive logging gas measurement anomalies are closely monitored. Precise control of drilling parameters is achieved, the drill bit selection and drilling fluid system are optimized, and risks such as formation pressure fluctuations and wellbore stability are effectively mitigated.
