中国石油网消息:4月28日,从川庆钻探获悉,由该公司井控应急中心刘伟劳模创新工作室自主研发的压裂井口远程关井装置,在四川油气田资216井压裂作业现场正式发布,有效弥补了页岩气压裂现场应急处置的技术短板。

China Oil News: On April 28th, it was learned from Chuanqing Drilling that the remote wellhead shut-off device for fracturing wells, independently developed by the Li Wu Model Innovation Studio of the Well Control Emergency Center of the company, was officially launched at the fracturing operation site of Zishui 216 well in the Sichuan oil and gas field. This device effectively fills the technical gap in on-site emergency response for shale gas fracturing operations.


为解决页岩气压裂作业中出现的管汇法兰刺漏险情,导致作业人员因高温水及蒸汽环境而无法靠近井口,不能及时关闭阀门的行业难题,刘伟劳模创新工作室研发团队专门打造了应急装备——压裂井口远程关井装置。

To address the safety hazard of pipe manifold flange leakage that occurred during shale gas fracturing operations, which prevented workers from approaching the wellhead due to the high-temperature water and steam environment and prevented them from promptly closing the valves, the innovation team of Lvyi Labor Model Workshop specially developed an emergency equipment - the remote wellhead shut-off device for fracturing operations.


该装置搭载电驱液泵站,在险情发生后,通过远程操控,仅需30秒即可完成井口闸阀关闭。同时,采用“远程+手动”双保险设计,保留闸阀原有手轮操作功能,特殊场景下两种模式可无缝切换。

This device is equipped with an electric-driven hydraulic pump station. In case of an emergency, through remote control, the wellhead gate valve can be closed within just 30 seconds. Additionally, a "remote + manual" dual-security design is adopted, preserving the original handwheel operation function of the gate valve. In special scenarios, the two modes can seamlessly switch.


研发团队先后完成了300余次功能测试,并在泸205H6平台等多个现场实地测试。结果显示,在不同井口压力工况下,装置闸阀开关成功率达100%,具备全面推广应用条件。

The R&D team conducted over 300 functional tests successively and carried out on-site tests at multiple locations such as the Lu 205H6 platform. The results showed that under different wellhead pressure conditions, the success rate of the device's gate valve opening and closing was 100%, meeting the conditions for comprehensive promotion and application.


该装置采用橇装集成式设计,适配不同厂家、不同型号的闸阀及各类方井布局,安装简单且便于运输,可多井次重复利用。

This device adopts a skid-mounted integrated design, which is compatible with various manufacturers and different models of gate valves as well as various types of manholes. It is easy to install and transport, and can be reused for multiple wells.
