中国石油网消息:6月5日,新疆油田在砂砾岩超稠油老区——红浅1井区红一4区试验井组,首次创新应用“砂砾岩SAGD(蒸汽辅助重力泄油)+井下电加热”复合开发模式,经过100余天平稳生产,累计产油量突破1000吨,单井最高日产油超20吨,各项生产指标均优于设计方案。

China Oil News: On June 5th, Xinjiang Oilfield successfully implemented the "sandstone gravel SAGD (steam-assisted gravity drainage) + downhole electric heating" combined development model for the first time in the Red Shallow 1 Well Area - Red One 4 Area test well group. After more than 100 days of stable production, the cumulative oil output exceeded 1,000 tons, with the maximum daily oil production per well reaching over 20 tons. All production indicators exceeded the design specifications.


红一4区是典型的强非均质性砂砾岩稠油油藏,常规开采模式面临效益瓶颈。新疆油田首席专家孙新革带领稠油低碳效益开发创新团队,在国内首创了“砂砾岩SAGD+井下电加热”复合开发模式,在井下通过电加热软化稠油,搭配蒸汽技术疏通地下渗流通道,有效攻克了超稠油老区出油不均、采收率低等难题,填补了国内砂砾岩超稠油老区SAGD电加热开发技术的空白,为复杂超稠油老油藏探索出全新的开采路径。

The No. 4 area of the Red 1 zone is a typical strong heterogeneous sandstone and gravel oil reservoir with heavy oil. The conventional exploitation mode is facing a bottleneck in terms of efficiency. Sun Xingge, the chief expert of Xinjiang Oilfield, led the innovation team for low-carbon and efficient exploitation of heavy oil, and pioneered the "sandstone gravel SAGD + downhole electric heating" composite development mode in China. Through downhole electric heating to soften the heavy oil and combining with steam technology to clear the underground flow channels, they effectively solved the problems of uneven oil production and low recovery rate in the super-heavy oil old areas, filling the gap in SAGD electric heating development technology for super-heavy oil old areas of sandstone gravel in China, and exploring a new exploitation path for complex super-heavy oil old oil reservoirs.
