4月2日20：00，“十五五”期间浙江投产的首台煤电机组——浙江浙能台州第二发电有限责任公司二期扩建工程项目4号机组顺利通过168小时满负荷试运行，正式移交生产。至此，浙能台二电二期扩建工程项目全面建成投产，为“十五五”期间区域能源安全保供提供有力支撑。

At 20:00 on April 2, the first coal-fired power unit commissioned in Zhejiang during the 15th Five-Year Plan period—the No. 4 unit of the second-phase expansion project of Zhejiang Zheneng Taizhou No. 2 Power Generation Co., Ltd.—successfully passed the 168-hour full-load trial operation and was officially handed over for production. This marks the complete construction and commissioning of the second-phase expansion project of Zheneng Taizhou No. 2 Power Generation, providing strong support for regional energy security and supply during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

浙能台二电位于台州市三门县，二期扩建工程于2024年4月浇筑首方砼进入全面施工建设阶段，动态总投资75.87亿元（不含配套码头工程），建设两台100万千瓦级超超临界二次再热燃煤发电机组，是浙江省“十四五”重大建设项目、省能源“绿保稳”工程与扩大有效投资“千项万亿”工程。

Zhengneng Tai'an No.2 Power Plant is located in Sanmen County, Taizhou City. The second-phase expansion project started pouring the first batch of concrete in April 2024 and entered the comprehensive construction stage. The dynamic total investment is 7.587 billion yuan (excluding the supporting wharf project). It will build two 100-megawatt ultra-supercritical secondary reheated coal-fired power generating units. This is a major construction project in Zhejiang Province's "14th Five-Year Plan", an energy "green protection and stability" project, and an "1,000 projects and 10 trillion yuan" project for expanding effective investment.

其中3号机组已于2025年12月成功投产，4号机组自2026年2月顺利完成首次并网后，各项调试工作高效落地、有序推进，最终高标准完成168小时满负荷试运行，充分彰显了“开局即冲刺”的实干作风。

Among them, Unit 3 was successfully put into operation in December 2025. After Unit 4 successfully completed its first grid connection in February 2026, all the commissioning work was carried out efficiently and in an orderly manner. Eventually, a 168-hour full-load trial run was completed to a high standard, fully demonstrating the practical working style of "starting with a sprint".

作为百万千瓦级高效清洁煤电的标杆机组，4号机组采用国际领先的超超临界二次再热技术。浙能台二电二期两台机组均采用塔式炉，是浙能集团首个投用超超临界二次再热塔式锅炉技术的百万机组项目。机组集成智能一体化平台、APS一键启动、智能监盘等智慧电厂核心技术，同时配套高效脱硫、脱硝、除尘等超低排放设施，实现高效节能与清洁低碳双重目标，各项性能指标处于行业前沿水平。

As a benchmark unit for 100,000-kilowatt efficient and clean coal power generation, Unit 4 adopts the internationally leading ultra-supercritical secondary reheating technology. The two units of the second phase of Zhejiang Energy Taiping Electric Power Company both use tower-type boilers, making it the first million-kilowatt unit project of Zhejiang Energy Group to adopt the ultra-supercritical secondary reheating tower-type boiler technology. The unit integrates intelligent integrated platforms, APS one-click start, intelligent monitoring and other core technologies of smart power plants. At the same time, it is equipped with efficient desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal and other ultra-low emission facilities to achieve the dual goals of efficient energy saving and clean low-carbon, and its performance indicators are at the forefront of the industry.

随着4号机组顺利投产，浙能台二电总装机容量提升至410万千瓦，成为浙东沿海核心电源支撑点，将显著提升浙江迎峰度夏、迎峰度冬等重要时段电力保供能力，为全省产业升级、经济社会高质量发展提供稳定可靠的电力保障。

With the successful commissioning of Unit 4, the total installed capacity of Zhejiang Energy Taishan II Power Plant has increased to 41 million kilowatts, making it a key power support point in the eastern coastal area of Zhejiang Province. This will significantly enhance the power supply capacity during important periods such as peak load periods in summer and winter in Zhejiang Province, providing stable and reliable power support for the industrial upgrading and high-quality economic and social development of the entire province.

自项目开工以来，在各级政府及有关部门的大力支持下，在浙能集团的坚强领导下，浙能台二电统筹推进项目“安全、质量、进度、投资”四大控制，联合各参建单位攻坚克难、协同发力，全力保障项目高质量投产。在“十五五”开局之年，浙能台二电将持续做强做优能源主业，以实干实绩勇担能源保供“压舱石”和绿色发展“排头兵”的使命担当。
