The onshore construction has entered the final stage and the preparation for launching is underway. 该项目是我国首个深远海张力腿风电示范工程,为全球单机容量最大、离岸最远、服役水深最深的深远海漂浮式风电平台之一。搭载16兆瓦级风机,部署于粤东海域陆丰油田群。平台可抗17级台风,钢材用量较传统半潜式平台减少近50%。 This project is the first deep-sea tension-leg wind power demonstration project in China. It is one of the largest single-unit capacity, longest offshore distance and deepest water depth deep-sea floating wind power platforms in the world. Equipped with a 16-megawatt wind turbine, it is deployed in the Lufeng Oilfield Cluster in the eastern Guangdong waters. The platform can withstand a 17-level typhoon and uses nearly 50% less steel than traditional semi-submersible platforms. 目前,项目已全面进入浮体设备安装、系统调试及出坞准备阶段。后续将统筹推进系泊系统、储能装置、风机塔筒等关键部件集成,优化海上安装方案,保障浮体安全出坞。据了解,该浮式风电平台将服役于离岸距离约136千米、水深约136米的粤东海域,陆丰14-4DPP平台西北方向。项目设计年均发电量5400万千瓦时,建成后每年可减少二氧化碳排量3.5万吨,其产生的清洁电能通过海缆接入陆丰油田群电网,实现深远海浮式风电与油气开发融合发展。 At present, the project has fully entered the stage of floating body equipment installation, system debugging and berthing preparation. It is understood that this floating wind power platform will be deployed in the Dongguan sea area, approximately 136 kilometers offshore and at a water depth of about 136 meters, to the northwest of the Lufeng 14-4DPP platform. The project is designed to generate an annual average of 5400 million kilowatt-hours of electricity. Once completed, it can reduce carbon emissions by 35,000 tons per year. The clean electricity generated will be connected to the grid of the Lufeng oilfield cluster through submarine cables, achieving the integrated development of offshore floating wind power and oil and gas exploration. |
