6月9日，重庆万州电厂二期扩建项目3号主厂房土方工程正式开工，标志着项目主体土建工程全面拉开施工序幕，为后续厂房基础浇筑、主体结构施工、锅炉设备安装等关键工序推进筑牢坚实基础，项目建设正式驶入快车道。

On June 9th, the earthwork construction of the No. 3 main building of the second phase expansion project of Chongqing Wanzhou Power Plant officially began. This marks the full commencement of the main civil engineering work of the project, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent processes such as foundation pouring, main structure construction, and boiler equipment installation, and officially putting the project on the fast track.

3号主厂房为现浇钢筋混凝土框排架结构，基坑安全等级为二级，作为二期工程的核心设施，占地面积约5335平方米，基础开挖深度达5.75米，总土方量约43480立方米，预计工期80天。现场投入各类机械设备30余台套，人力资源投入52人，实行连续作业模式。开挖过程中，严格执行深基坑专项施工方案，落实边坡支护、降排水、监测预警等安全措施，确保施工安全和工程质量。

The No. 3 main workshop is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame-and-row structure. The safety level of the foundation pit is Grade II. As the core facility of the second phase project, it covers an area of approximately 5,335 square meters. The foundation excavation depth reaches 5.75 meters, and the total earthwork volume is about 43,480 cubic meters. The estimated construction period is 80 days. More than 30 sets of various mechanical equipment are deployed on site, and 52 personnel are involved in the project. A continuous operation mode is implemented. During the excavation process, the special construction plan for deep foundation pits is strictly followed, and safety measures such as slope support, drainage and water control, and monitoring and early warning are implemented to ensure construction safety and project quality.

自项目开工建设以来，各参建单位凝心聚力、协同攻坚，克服场地条件复杂等诸多挑战，围绕“机组高水平达标投产，争创国家级优质工程奖”的质量总体目标，细化节点目标、压实岗位职责，高效推进各项前期筹备工作，顺利攻克主厂房土方开挖工程关键节点。

Since the project started construction, all participating units have worked together with great determination and coordinated efforts to overcome numerous challenges such as complex site conditions. Focusing on the overall quality goal of "achieving high-level standard commissioning of the units and striving for the national-level quality project award", they have detailed the node targets, clarified the job responsibilities, and efficiently advanced all the preparatory work for the project. They successfully overcame the key nodes of the earthwork excavation project for the main plant.

重庆万州电厂将以此次土方顺利开挖为契机，紧盯年度建设目标，持续优化施工组织方案，有序推进主厂房基础施工、锅炉基础预埋、辅助设施建设等后续工作，严把安全生产关、工程质量关、进度管控关，全力推进项目建设提质提速。
