中国石油网消息 作为中国石油数字化转型智能化发展示范工程试点,大庆油田采油一厂依托油气生产物联网系统(A11),建成并投用油田首个厂级数智生产指挥中心。 China Oil News: As a pilot project for China's petroleum digital transformation and intelligent development, the No. 1 Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield has built and put into use the first factory-level digital and intelligent production command center in the oilfield, relying on the Oil and Gas Production Internet of Things System (A11). 截至目前,已实现8000余口油水井、300余座小型站场、80余座大中型站场及5座管理中心全场景数字化运行,单井上线率达96.5%。 As of now, more than 8,000 oil and water wells, over 300 small stations, 80 medium and large-sized stations, and 5 management centers have achieved full-scene digital operation. The online rate of individual wells has reached 96.5%. 采油一厂聚焦数据采集、生产监控、调度指挥等关键环节,创新形成超前预制、样板起步、同步推进、全程监管、分步交接的“五步法”施工模式,攻克组态配置、安全防护等七大类59项技术难题,构建起“大调度指挥”体系。 The Oil Production No.1 Plant focuses on key aspects such as data collection, production monitoring, and dispatching and command. It innovatively forms a "five-step" construction model of "advanced pre-fabrication, sample initiation, synchronous advancement, full-process supervision, and step-by-step handover", overcoming 59 technical challenges in seven categories including configuration and safety protection, and establishing a "large-scale dispatching and command" system. 数字化转型让传统生产模式焕然一新:资料录取、井站巡检、技术分析等工作被数字化替代,外勤巡井频次由每2小时1次延长至每2天1次;异常井发现响应周期从5天压缩至1小时,油井生产时率提升0.2%,年可增油2.5万余吨;注入站实现无人值守,单区域节省用工66人。 Digital transformation has completely transformed the traditional production model: tasks such as data collection, well station inspections, and technical analysis have been replaced by digitalization.
