中国石油网消息:5月7日上午10时,随着“塞斯特雷”轮缓缓驶离原油码头,广东石化圆满完成首船14.39万吨高凝原油接卸任务。

China Oil News: At 10 a.m. on May 7th, as the "Sestrey" vessel slowly left the crude oil terminal, Guangdong Petrochemical successfully completed the unloading of the first batch of 143,900 tons of high-viscosity crude oil.


本次接卸的高凝原油倾点达39摄氏度,常温下极易凝固。从码头接卸、管线输转到库区储存,对加热保温、防凝管控、管线置换及设备运行的要求远超普通原油。同时,作业还需与后续普通原油船期无缝衔接,生产组织难度成倍增加。

The high-viscosity crude oil unloaded this time has a pour point of 39°C and solidifies easily at room temperature. From unloading at the terminal, pipeline transfer to storage in the depot, the requirements for heating and insulation, anti-solidification control, pipeline purging, and equipment operation far exceed those for conventional crude oil. Additionally, the operation must seamlessly connect with the subsequent schedule of conventional crude oil tankers, significantly increasing the complexity of production organization.


为保障首船高凝原油安全落地,广东石化在“五一”节前即组建专项攻坚小组,针对高凝原油特性量身定制接卸与管控方案。码头运行部提前完成泊位管线电伴热系统的调试与投用,对输油臂、温控监测、氮气吹扫及机泵抽残等关键设备进行专项排查,锁定专用作业管线与设备,从源头防范凝堵风险。

To ensure the safe arrival of the first batch of high-viscosity crude oil, Guangdong Petrochemical established a special task force before the May Day holiday. They tailored a loading and control plan based on the characteristics of the high-viscosity crude oil. The terminal operation department completed the commissioning and activation of the electric heating system for the pipeline at the berth in advance, conducted special inspections on key equipment such as the loading arm, temperature control monitoring, nitrogen purging, and pump discharge, and identified dedicated operation pipelines and equipment to prevent the risk of blockage at the source.


商储库同步启动全流程准备工作,投用库区管线电伴热与储罐导热油维温系统,完成收油罐专项检查和机泵试运行,备足低凝置换原油与保供氮气,确保码头接卸与库区储存无缝衔接。

The commercial storage depot has simultaneously initiated the entire process of preparatory work. The pipeline electric heating in the storage area and the thermal maintenance system for the storage tanks have been put into use. Special inspections of the receiving tanks and the trial operation of the pumps have been completed. Sufficient low-temperature displacement crude oil and supply nitrogen have been prepared to ensure seamless connection between the dock unloading and the storage in the depot area.
