中国石油网消息:6月2日,笔者从长城钻探公司了解到,随着GW30302队顺利完井,这个公司将“甲醇代油”技术拓展至新疆吐哈油田,为戈壁再添“绿能”。

China Oil News: On June 2nd, the author learned from Great Wall Drilling Company that with the successful completion of the well by the GW30302 team, this company has extended the "methanol as an alternative to oil" technology to the Turpan Oilfield in Xinjiang, bringing "green energy" to the Gobi region.


针对新疆戈壁电网覆盖不足、井位分散导致的“电代油”推广受限难题,长城钻探将辽河油区成熟的“甲醇代油”经验移植到西部油区。此次投用的10台400千瓦甲醇静音发电机组,成功替代了传统高能耗柴油机组,填补了戈壁钻井动力“去油化”的技术空白。

In response to the problem of limited promotion of "electricity replacing oil" due to the insufficient coverage of the grid in the Gobi region and the scattered locations of wells, Great Wall Drilling has transferred the mature "methanol substitution for oil" experience from the Liaohe oilfield to the western oilfields. The 10 400-kilowatt methanol silent generator sets that were put into use this time have successfully replaced the traditional high-energy-consuming diesel generators, filling the technical gap in the "oil-free" power supply for drilling in the Gobi region.


为确保这一绿色技术安全落地,这个公司构建了严密的防控体系,通过划定专用存储区、修订专项应急预案及开展全员实操培训,通过了吐哈油田、地方应急管理部门的联合验收,为绿色钻井筑起坚实的安全屏障。

To ensure the safe implementation of this green technology, this company has established a strict prevention and control system. By setting up dedicated storage areas, revising special emergency plans, and conducting practical training for all staff, it passed the joint inspection by the Tuha Oilfield and local emergency management departments, thus building a solid safety barrier for green drilling.


数据显示,相较于传统柴油动力,新型甲醇发电机组氮氧化合物排放降幅达42%,施工现场噪声显著降低。目前,机组已在戈壁恶劣的环境下平稳运行超500小时,设备工况稳定,各项指标达标,充分验证了该技术对新疆特殊环境的适应性。

The data shows that compared with traditional diesel power, the nitrogen oxide emissions of the new methanol generator set have decreased by 42%, and the noise level at the construction site has significantly reduced. Currently, the generator set has been operating stably in the harsh Gobi environment for over 500 hours. The equipment is in good condition and all indicators meet the standards, fully verifying the adaptability of this technology to the special environment in Xinjiang.
