中国石油网消息:5月9日记者获悉,长庆油田4月份的自发绿电发电量首次突破6000万千瓦时大关,达到6588万千瓦时,刷新油田月度发电量最高纪录,标志着长庆油田在新能源规模化开发与清洁用能自主保障方面迈上新台阶。

China Oil News: On May 9th, reporters learned that the self-generated green electricity output of the Changqing Oilfield in April exceeded 6,000 million kilowatt-hours for the first time, reaching 6,588 million kilowatt-hours, setting a new record for the highest monthly electricity generation in the oilfield and marking a new milestone in the large-scale development of new energy and the independent guarantee of clean energy use by the Changqing Oilfield.


今年以来,长庆油田锚定绿色低碳转型目标,加快推进风电、光伏等新能源项目的布局与建设。截至目前,长庆油田今年以来的发电量达2.19亿千瓦时,同比增长18.4%;自发绿电在生产用电中的占比同比增长18个百分点。“在宁夏、陇东主力生产片区,晴好天气午间用电高峰时段,油田自发绿电可满足八成以上生产用电需求。”长庆油田新能源事业部副经理刘三军说。

Since the beginning of this year, the Changqing Oilfield has been firmly committed to the goal of green and low-carbon transformation, and has been accelerating the layout and construction of new energy projects such as wind power and photovoltaic power. As of now, the electricity generation of the Changqing Oilfield this year has reached 219 million kilowatt-hours, an increase of 18.4% compared to the same period last year; the proportion of self-generated green electricity in the production electricity has increased by 18 percentage points. "In the main production areas of Ningxia and Longdong, during the midday peak electricity consumption period in fine weather, the self-generated green electricity of the oilfield can meet more than 80% of the production electricity demand," said Liu Sanjun, deputy manager of the New Energy Department of the Changqing Oilfield.


为了做好运维管理,长庆油田构建“新能源管控云平台+人工巡检”的人机协同模式,实现发电单元与运行状态全流程透明可视。各生产单位以此为基础,严守工程质量与安全底线,通过标准化管理保障项目建设有序推进,并配套移动储能试点与气田光伏专属运维体系,形成了从项目建设、日常运维到就地消纳的全链条闭环管理,推动了发电效能稳步提升,也为油气行业探索“源网荷储”一体化、用能清洁低碳化提供了可复制、可推广的经验。

To ensure effective operation and maintenance management, Changqing Oilfield has established a "new energy control cloud platform + manual inspection" human-machine collaboration model, achieving full-process transparency and visibility of power generation units and operational status. Based on this, each production unit strictly adheres to the quality and safety bottom line, ensuring the orderly progress of project construction through standardized management. They also have implemented mobile energy storage pilot projects and dedicated operation and maintenance systems for gas fields' photovoltaic power generation, forming a full-chain closed-loop management from project construction, daily operation and maintenance to local power consumption. This has promoted steady improvement in power generation efficiency and provided replicable and scalable experience for the oil and gas industry in exploring "source-grid-load-storage" integration and achieving clean and low-carbon energy use.


据悉,按照2026年发展规划,长庆油田将新增分布式光伏、分散式风电装机21万千瓦。全部项目投运后,预计年可新增绿电产能3.4亿千瓦时,总装机规模将突破60万千瓦,年发电能力可达10亿千瓦时,生产用电的绿电替代率有望提升至14%,为稳产保供注入持续的绿色动能。

It is reported that according to the development plan for 2026, the Changqing Oilfield will add 210,000 kilowatts of distributed photovoltaic and decentralized wind power installations. Once all the projects are put into operation, it is estimated that the annual green electricity production capacity will increase by 340 million kilowatt-hours, the total installed capacity will exceed 600,000 kilowatts, and the annual power generation capacity will reach 1 billion kilowatt-hours. The green electricity substitution rate for production electricity is expected to increase to 14%, providing continuous green impetus for stable production and supply.
