5月11日,从中国电机工程学会获悉,全国统一电力市场领域两项关键成果日前通过鉴定,整体达到国际领先水平,进一步夯实了全国统一电力市场建设的技术根基。

On May 11th, it was learned from the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering that two key achievements in the field of the national unified power market have recently passed the appraisal, achieving an overall level of international leadership, which further consolidates the technical foundation for the construction of the national unified power market.


据悉,这两项成果分别为“全国统一电力市场仿真推演关键技术研发与应用”和“支撑全国统一电力市场运营的高柔性与高性能结算关键技术及应用”。

It is reported that these two achievements are respectively "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Simulation and Analysis of the National Unified Electricity Market" and "Key Technologies and Applications for High Flexibility and High Performance Settlement Supporting the Operation of the National Unified Electricity Market".


其中,“全国统一电力市场仿真推演关键技术研发与应用”聚焦全国统一电力市场建设进程中仿真推演结果的科学性与合理性、系统的灵活扩展与快速构建等开展研究,创新提出了“市场—电网—主体”间动态反馈的复杂系统进化仿真推演理论,攻克了电力市场运行场景自动生成技术、自适应自趋优的经营主体决策行为智能模拟技术、多层次多品种市场长过程快速仿真计算技术,研制了统一电力市场仿真推演系统。项目成果已应用于全国30多家省级电力公司,取得了显著的经济社会效益。

Among them, "Key Technology Research and Application of Simulation Modeling for the National Unified Electricity Market" focuses on conducting research on the scientificity and rationality of the simulation modeling results during the construction of the national unified electricity market, as well as the flexibility of system expansion and rapid construction. It innovatively proposed the complex system evolutionary simulation modeling theory of "market - grid - entities" with dynamic feedback, and overcame technologies such as automatic generation of electricity market operation scenarios, intelligent simulation technology for adaptive and self-optimal decision-making behaviors of operating entities, and rapid simulation calculation technology for multi-level and multi-type markets over long periods. The unified electricity market simulation modeling system was developed. The project results have been applied to over 30 provincial-level power companies across the country, achieving significant economic and social benefits.


“支撑全国统一电力市场运营的高柔性与高性能结算关键技术及应用”针对电力市场结算机制设计难、复杂异构市场数据建模难、海量数据高性能结算计算难等问题开展研究,创新提出了适用多层级市场规则的结算方法,构建了适应异构市场的超立方体数据模型,提出了面向复杂规则的通用数学计算内核与编译技术,研发了支持多层次市场结算的高柔性高性能全国统一电力市场结算系统。

"The Key Technologies and Applications of High Flexibility and High Performance Settlement for Operating the National Unified Electricity Market" conducts research on issues such as the difficulty in designing the settlement mechanism of the electricity market, the difficulty in modeling complex heterogeneous market data, and the difficulty in performing high-performance settlement calculations on massive data. It innovatively proposes a settlement method applicable to multiple levels of market rules, constructs an ultra-cube data model suitable for heterogeneous markets, proposes a general mathematical calculation kernel and compilation technology for complex rules, and develops a high-flexibility and high-performance national unified electricity market settlement system that supports multi-level market settlement.


该系统已在北京电力交易中心及27家省级电力交易中心全面应用,服务市场经营主体超80万家。

This system has been fully implemented in the Beijing Electricity Exchange Center and 27 provincial electricity exchange centers, serving over 800,000 market participants.


据悉,两项成果由中国电力科学院有限公司牵头,联合北京电力交易中心、国网上海市电力公司、国网浙江省电力有限公司等单位共同完成。

It is reported that these two achievements were led by China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd., and jointly completed by units such as Beijing Electricity Trading Center, State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company, and State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company.
